As a former employee of Edgeriders, I know first hand the lengths that the current employees are willing to go to in order to ensure you have the best possible experience with shopping with them. Edgeriders is full of team members with kind, friendly and approachable personalities making them so easily approachable that any hesitance to ask for help is non-existent. Edgeriders staff want you to leave the store making sure you have the product you came looking for. There are not many shops in this extreme sports industry, which makes searching for all these products so much easier as they cater for nearly every extreme sport I can think of. Since the launch of their new website design, online shopping couldn't be easier, I know how and where to look for the products I want to view and how to filter them. They even offer a telephone sales option incase you are uncomfortable with the product you are buying, the staff are taught first hand by their brand representatives about the quality of their products, who its catered for and any additional specifics worth knowing. Edgeriders are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get the product you need, I highly recommend this shop to anyone with an adrenaline rush for extreme sports.

Edgeriders has friendly staff, a great range of products and they are easily assessable. Their products are good quality and their prices are very reasonable. I would recommend them to all whether you're a first time skier/snow-boarder/wind-surfer etc. right up to top levels!

Whatever I have needed for Kitesurfing and wakeboarding Edgeriders have always been able to help - helpful knowledgeable staff always on hand to discuss different options - and you know they know their stuff as you see them after work surfing themselves!

I chose to buy from Edgeriders because they had the best price on the wetsuit I was after by a decent margin. In the process a return for a different size was required and from start to finish the customer service was absolutely top notch, not to mention you're supporting a business on the street.

I can honestly say I don't remember when I last received such excellent customer service - Charlie went above and beyond what I would have expected from an "online" purchase even going so far as to drop off the parcel directly with the courier to ensure it reached me despite the fact that the courier had already collected from the store. Communication was excellent - I would normally never complete such a review but I really felt that the level of service warranted my taking the time to fill this out.

I purchased a Burton snowboard jacket and pants, dealt with Charlie over the phone and he was so helpful with regards to colour, size, style etc

I made Edgeriders aware of my upcoming trip and they did everything possible to ensure my Ski jacket made it to me in time for my trip. There was an issue with the postage so to ensure I received the package they physically drove the package down to me in London (6 hour round trip). I cannot thank Edgeriders enough! Would highly recommend to everyone. Great people, great deals, great service.

I have been coming here for a couple of years and all I can say is excellent customer service. The guys there have always gonne the extra mile to order in my requests and most notably took the time to fit my bindings even though my board was not purchased from the shop. Will always recommend this place......

I've been going to Edgeriders for some years now and have always found what I've been looking for. Its so good having a local snowboard shop so close to me, and the owners and staff have been very helpful and accommodating.Great looking shop too, could walk around it for ages!

I ordered a kitesurfing harness online after having spoken to Charlie and had some very helpful advice over the phone. Their price beat everyone else on the net and to boot the harness was who me less than 24 hours later. Really superb customer service and no faults to be found. Highly recommended.

I ordered some ski boots last Thursday at 13:00, they were with me by 11:00 on Friday, amazing service!

I called today to say thanks and ask for some advice on an additional product. Charlie was great over the phone, gave some good advice and when he found the product wasn't in stock, he made an enquiry with the stockist.

First rate service over the web and over the phone, I would happily highly recommend these guys to anyone.

I sent an email about a some ski boots on a Thursday evening and received a phone call and email from Charlie the next morning. I was able to place the order over the phone and received free standard delivery.

Charlie was kind enough to ship the boots out that same day and I collected them from the local depot less than 24 hours later.

My only dissapointment with these guys is that their shop is not closer to where I live... If ever I needed an excuse to go visit Ipswich then this might just be it!

I bought a new board via their website recently and took hassle free delivery a couple of days later. I subsequently contacted them to see if they could help find a replacement part for an old and much loved pair of bindings and they were brilliant, posting me a bag full of spares to try out.
