The finished result was obtained in a couple of hours and looks spot on.

My husband used this company previously and was happy so we decided to use them again when we moved. Admittedly we bought the reject decking but was under the impression it would still be usable. Unfortunately what was delivered is only partially usable. Some is definitely scrap and is only fit for the bin.

Due to sickness, my husband has only just been able to look at what was delivered so too late to do anything about. Just warning others to be very wary with what is delivered and check it is actually usable.

Edited as eDecks reached out and got this resolved for us. I cannot fault their customer service and the replacement items they sent out. It’s really appreciated that they reached out to fix this and I’m happy to revise the rating accordingly. I’m not sure why the original item was so bad, I assume it was just an unfortunate oversight and not the norm by any means. I’m very happy with the resolution and replacement.

The decking well priced. Fitted together easily. Ordering was straightforward. Would use them again.

The fence panels and trellis’s were exactly the size I ordered and of great quality. They were delivered on time by a thoughtful and helpful driver.

Excellent communication. Clear emails about delivery and great updates about when that would be. I purchased a “reject” decking kit for a small garden project. Apart from a couple of slightly knotty decking boards which I put underneath the item going on the decking itself, it was a great little kit and easy to assemble.

I run a Nursing Home, we recently purchased a covered walkway so that our residents who live in our cottages are able to access facilities within the main home during poor weather. The correct items were not delivered and as a result we have seen significant delays in being able to install the walkway, which has in turn had a negative impact on our resident's experience

We were quoted for a covered walkway, when delivered and installed there weren't sufficient materials. We called and emailed to query and were told that the man who had done the initial quote had left and they couldn't understand how the quote had originally been calculated, their solution was therefore to charge us an additional £600 for the materials.

Additionally, they have refused to come to site to get a better understanding of what was required and how the quote was incorrect in the first place.

The holes in a 3metre long rail didn’t Match deeming it useless , also the metal feet I ordered later were delivered to the payers address not the delivery address.

Good prices, easy ordering, swift helpful and friendly delivery. I was able to add to the order by phone.

I am very pleased with the wood. The delivery was a day early, the person who delivered it had to carry it further than normal because of the bad parking that day, but he was very cheerful.
