BAD AFTERCARE
ORDERED 22 COMPOSITE DECKING BOARDS ALONG WITH OTHER BITS TO BE DELIVERED. FIRST THEY DELIVERED TO INVOICE ADDRESS AND NOT DELIVERY ADDRESS AND WHEN THE ORDER DID ARRIVE 5-6 BOARDS WERE DAMAGED AND UNUSABLE. THAT WAS THE SECOND OF MARCH. I HAVE SINCE COMPLETED THE ONLINE RETURN PROCESS TO EXCHANGE THE DAMAGED GOODS, SENT THE PICS ETC AND HAVE CHASED THEM 4 TIMES NOW WITHOUT A CALL BACK AND IF YOU CALL THE SALES LINE TO PLACE A NEW ORDER THEY JUST SAY SOMEONE WILL CALL BACK AND THE ONE TIME I DID SPEAK TO CS THEY SIMPLY SAID THEY DON'T HAVE ANYONE. IF YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AT THIS LEVEL I WOULD PUT SOME MORE EFFORT TO DELIVERING THE CORRECT ITEMS FIRST TIME AS I CAN'T IMAGINE MANY PEOPLE WOULD EXPECT TO WAIT 23 DAYS TO GET A REPLACEMENT FOR DAMAGED GOODS RECEIVED WITH STILL NO DELIVERY DATE ON THE HORIZON?

Delivered with missing parts - don’t recommend
I received the delivery with missing items. I was forced to cancel fitting date that I booked. When I made a call to report I was asked to leave a message which I did however I haven’t heard back. The e-form to report missing items is not straight forward. One of the stringers delivered broken. I found this very disappointing and I would recommend at all.

Fantastic retailer
I bought some woods from this supplier recently. They are awesome. I would have given them more than 5 star, if that was available. The only downside is the delivery was delayed by few days. But the quality of wood is fantastic. I recommend to use this retailer.
