Charged for a sample which was crazy it was 3 inches square and £2.99 I happily spent my £5k elsewhere, and they kept hassling me for an order and a review.
I don’t think they think much about the customer from my very brief interaction.

The process from ordering on the website to amazing delivery from Gary was brilliant. The pricing is really competitive and Gary the delivery man walked all my wood to the side of my house (as I had to go out unexpectedly).
Would really recommend Edecks and will definitely use them in the future.

Excellent Decking Kits
The quality of all materials supplied is excellent: including the fixings, with a generous number of screws and the joists and boards being in perfect condition.
I Purchased two 1.5m x 1.5m kits. I put these together to form a 3.0m x 1.5m platform to house two Keter bin stores: the actual size of the platform being 316 x 150 with the outer and inner joists. I fixed fascia boards to front and sides. I purchased an extra board for the extra width of the platform.
The decking boards in one of the kits were all exactly 150cm long but, the boards in the other kit were all short by 1cm at 149cm. This was not a problem in this instance as the short ends went to the back of the platform and were covered by the bin stores with the backs of these against a wall.

Poorly delivered as individual pieces of wood, still no idea if it's complete as I can't seem to workout what goes, instructions did seem easy to understand however as wood is not marked accordingly, it will make this harder, when I contacted customer service, they said the wood is sometimes heavy for the driver so they remove as is

Good company
I have used this company over the years and they are my first choice for decking. I built a garden room 12 years ago and the timber is still in great condition. Very friendly delivery as well as good prices of course

Fantastic product and great service
Fantastic product and great service. Ordered 75 composite fencing panels on a Monday and true to their word they were delivered Thursday of the same week. The delivery driver was very helpful and offloaded the panels by hand and put them exactly where we wanted. Couldn't ask for more.

I had to request the original ones that sent were exchanged. Unfortunately the couriers beat them up! They were exchanged promptly and couldn't be happier.
I will say the quality of the 9x2 rafters could be better however timber is timber.
Very good customer care and very good product.

Bad service, don't use
Initially I was happy with the service and product, I ordered a decking kit & estimated delivery was 1-3working days. It arrived on the 3rd day. Once I started constructing it I discovered I was 2-3pieces short so I ordered 3more on 10th April(EDD: 1-5days) then discovered they had only sent 6handle rails not 9, ordered 3more on13th April, (EDD: 1-5 days). In addition had to pay approx£50+ for delivery. Now 17th April & still no delivery. Have tried to track but just says no date for delivery. Tried to contact customer services but just takes me to the tracking bit. Now do not recommend, cannot finish my decking till I receive the additional wood. Extra cost +delivery charges I wish I had gone with a different company.
