Looks good, small quality issues
Overall looks good. Not the most sturdy, it does sway a bit. Will have to reinforce it in some areas. 75mm crews provided were terrible, majority of them were bent causing the heads to round off. Ended up just buying some better quality ones. Be aware that bolt anchors also dont come with it, so add an extra £50 to your build budget.

All the wood arrived undamaged, though after arranging for someone to be home for the delivery, the courier delivered the items on two consecutive days instead of in one go, but no fault of eDecks for this.

For the price, I expect better
For the price, I expect better. I paid £500 for the contemporary pergola and had to do a lot of unexpected work to get it built. I ordered spikes to go into soft ground which are the right size if the posts hadn't been sanded to a smooth finish. There was 3mm gap on all sides and sleeves were not provided. I had to cut wood to fill the gaps too make the posts tight and finish with filler to make them waterproof and keep rain from pooling and rotting the wood over time. None of the roof pieces were cut to the right size and were too tight to install. I had to make every slot in the wood wider to fit. The top of one of the posts was also broken on delivery. I do not recommend this company and will not use them again.
I've just been offered an insulting £50 compensation to remove this review. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Excellent stringer kit, easy to install and with everything required.
Original delivery date was rescheduled but the driver gave great communication the day before delivery so there was minimal inconvenience to me.
Will definitely be using them again when it is time to renew my decking.
