I booked a flight with ebookers from Dublin to hong kong VIA Heatrow {as I thought}. But what I didn't realise is that I flew from Dublin to London City airport rather than into Heatrow. Had 3 hours to make my way from London city airport to Heatrow to catch the flight to HK, Obviously my own fault for not spotting it when booking the flight. What I'm not happy about is why was that an option on the site! According to the lady in Dublin that checked me in I wasn't the first for this to happen to.

Under the number of S 129367811 We have an open complaint as per below:

There was a cancelled booking on 29.08.2016. within the 24 hour cancellation limit FOC. The ticket was paid by a Mastercard type of a card but Norwegian refunded the amount to a Visa card . We have an agreement with Ebookers but We still have not received any refund from your side. I call the Ebookers five or six times the customer service promise call back but nothing!! Send many emails NOTHING!!!
Just one question WHY NO ANSWER?????!!!

If you check the history of this booking you will realise that We are waiting for a reconfirmation from Ebookers , but still We have not received any comments from your side!!!!!

I kindly ask you to act accordingly as soon as possible!

Total nightmare. I booked 2 of us on an All Inclusive package and the itinerary states that only I have the All Inclusive, the other traveller is room only. It isn't even possible to split the room deals like that in one booking - one would need to book separately - and anyway, that isn't what we booked. They're telling us that we will have to pay another 217 euro when we get to the hotel. And that they can't sort it out because the holiday was booked before 24th May when they changed computer systems and they can't check the booking details. Its impossible to speak to anyone in the call centre that understands what I am complaining about. They just read something off a screen again and again until you give up. Most frustrating.

Just tax & fees are expensive.
