Really appreciated the extra support that came with the certified kit. The website was simple to use and all my companies were there. Recommended!!

Absolutely hands down the greatest, quickest, thorough and friendly organisation! The team members truly take the time to tailor the package you need, going above and beyond. Best value for money and could not recommend higher. Best legitimate business I've had the pleasure of speaking with in years. Back to good quality customer service! Special shoutout and appreciation to Genevieve Dennis, for expertise and restoring my faith in good Aussie companies. 12/10!!! Thank you :)

Can't thank Gen enough for her extensive help with my quite complex name change. Gen is knowledgeable and has been very responsive and patient throughout the process. If there's anything complicated about your name change I do recommend the top package, it has saved me so much time and stress. Thanks Gen, I'm almost there!

Thank you so much, Gen, and the Easy Name Change team for making this process so quick and simple! The steps were easy to follow and it was great communication along the way. Highly recommend this service.

The checklist was super helpful and I got it all done in just a few hours. Easy, just like they say!

It's good, but not great. The main organisations where I had to change my name, I practically did by myself and didn't need this service. (i.e. Driver's license/Photo ID/Banks/financial institutions you'll need to physically go to a branch; ATO/Medicare you can do online/over the phone) The only useful form they sent me was for my super, but I also had to fill it up again and reprint it as they got my mobile number wrong on this form (but correct on everything else, so surely it wasn't my fault). I think if I got the basic package, it would've been slightly more worth it, but just didn't really work for me. All the details they shared about changing your name across different orgs is very easily searchable online (and some info they shared was also incorrect/outdated). Anyway, probably worth it if you're lazy, definitely not if you're organised.

Easy Name Change really makes the whole process very easy from start to finish. Great value product which delivers exactly what it claims and saves you hours/days. Fantastic customer service (if ever you need it as it is so simple and self explanatory). I highly recommend using their service.

Got married a few years back and don't really have time to look for changing my name but this company popped up on my screen then I thought would check it out and everything just happened and smoother than I expected. Love the services, fast and easy, would definitely recommend to all my friends.

These guys are great. Being married to someone from a different country creates problems in this area Easy Name Change took much of the pain away. I'd happily recommend these folks to anyone else experiencing similar difficulties.

I paid, I did not receive what I paid for whatsoever because the website wouldn't allow me to continue. I did get a refund which is good because I did the stuff I needed for free anyway.

I was so overwhelmed at the thought of changing my name. There were so many places to update! Easy Name Change saved me DAYS of figuring it all out. I loved getting everything I needed at once with all the forms filled out for me.

From start to finish, the ladies I dealt with were fantastic. The service is so quick & it makes the name change process so easy!
I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

Super easy, great communication! Highly recommend:)

Honestly so easy and straightforawd, made changing my name so simple and quick. Saved me a LOT of time.

Very easy to follow process and I liked the ease of the service where I didn't have to print the forms and do them myself. Lessened the stress and worry defiantly of trying to change your name after you get married. Recommend the service!

The admin of changing my name seemed really daunting, but going through Easy Name Change made the process so much more straight forward. It was seamless and saved me so much stress and time.

Saved so much time. Especially trying to work out what companies to contact. Easy Name Change has an extensive list and covers off all bases.

Everything in one spot
Made the name change process easier, there was still a reasonable amount of admin to do, but it was less overwhelming with the clear instructions Gen provides. Great to have the certified copies of everything too.

Great response and step by step guidance on how they are processing every application .Very professional and great customer service
