Easy Name Change Bewertungen

I was a bit hesitant about using this website but I found it too time consuming to try and find all the websites etc to change my name. I gave Easy Name Change a try. When I received my information it wasn’t what I thought it would be. I emailed asking a few questions and Wish was amazing! I hadn’t opened the zip file. Wish sent me an email with all of the documents and information I required and I was impressed by the amount of information that was provided. If you’re on the fence about this service give it a try. For the price it’s well worth it and will save you time and aggravation.

Amazing, responsive service from Gen.
Saved me so much time and stress while changing my name, efficient and fast return of documents, along with witnessed and scanned copies of all documents which made my part in the name change process extremely easy!

Genevieve was great, definitely would recommend this service to anyone who doesn’t want to be flustered by the changing government documents.

Great service 👍🏻

Gen was easy to deal with and very responsive! She made the entire whirlwind process of changing my name very easy. I’m so happy I was recommended this service, it saved me a lot of time and made it really clear where I needed to change my name.

I had a really complicated situation - born in one country, married in another then divorced and on a visa in Oz. Gen removed the overwhelm and organised everything super efficiently. Thanks Gen!

Genevieve was fantastic, she worked quickly and kept me informed through the entire process, which is reassuring when you have such important documents in transit.

It made everything so easy and customer care was so helpful when I realised I’d made a mistake on the forms

I changed my review as Easy name change have rectified this and I received a refund too.

Wrong information to take your money. On their site it says that you don’t need to be a British citizen in order to change your name. Be very careful because you need to be to register your deep poll with the Court. I even mentioned that I need it for my country and ticked the box when in fact the deep poll to be recognized by my country must be registered with UK Court. So, waste of money and time. If is not recognized by my country I cannot change my passport or card ID with the new name. Avoid at all costs. Their deep poll is just a piece of paper that you can do by yourself.

The team at Easy Name Change made what was going to be an arduous process at the end of a divorce into something quick easy and painless. Thanks so much

At first, I was a little skeptical of the company and wanted to know if it was real given the package I chose involved mailing my original identity documents - but I would definitely recommend Easy Name Change.

Gen was very responsive throughout the whole thing, and the personalised checklist made it easy to keep track of which organisations I would need to contact and what information would need to be included. The prefilled forms were easy to just send off to be mailed for me!

Best of all, my documents returned to me safely and quickly - and with both physical and digital certification.
