I bought a pair of black / white / anthracite aj1 mid SE shoes. I put them on , the size was fine but the inside of the insole ( heel) was worn and they were completly uncomfortable. The shoes made me feel like I was walking on concrete. I'll never order from there again. I bought these shoes from eastbay.com

Eastbay where is my order? money has been taken from my account I haven't received any other email except the order confirmation I've emailed every single day with no response at all. Very very poor customer service. Im currently not working and you have robbed me or scammed me not happy!!!!!

I think I got scammed. I ordered a white LeBron James Lakers t-shirt on Friday the 12th and I got an email saying my order was processed and that I will be getting an additional email (I assume it's to track my package). However, I never got the additional email and today is Tuesday, a business day. When I look up my order status on their website it still says "Ready to Ship". Based on all the negative reviews I've seen about Eastbay, I believe I too have fallen victim to never seeing the item I ordered. Sigh, that's $25 down the drain then.

Very bad. I understand that there's a pandemic. But, I've been contacting them for more than a month now thru email (I cannot reach out to them via Phone or Chat), and they are not responding to my inquiries. My order is still pending for almost 2 months now.

Bought a shoes, email was sent that it was shipped ! No tracking number! I sent 3 emails and only got the automated replay ! Still waiting for there replay

THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY. I ORDERED A SHOE THAT DID NOT FIT STARTED THE RETURN/EXCHANGE NO CREDIT, CALLED 3 TIMES TO GET A STATUS UPDATE WAITED OVER 1:08 MINS NO ONE VERY PICKED UP the customer service line,THE RETURN PROCESS IS HORRIBLE THEY SEND LINKS THAT DO NOT WORK I HAVE NO SHOE NO CREDIT NO REPLIES AT ALL PLUS THEY CHARGE 6.99 FOR A RETURN?! plus they PUT A LABEL INSIDE the box THAT HAS YOUR OWN ADDRESS ON IT so it can right back and i had to redo it using THEIR FUNKY a$$ WEBSITE cause the label they provide is bogus

Ordered shoes. They told me after I paid that they were having trouble locating them to ship. I call up customer service after a week of no information and they asked me if I wanted to cancel ( I'm guessing the shoes were no longer available) so I said yes. I get an email apologizing and offering me a coupon if I give them another chance. So I decided why not. I ordered another pair of Nikes get a confirmation number and tracking number....that was more than a week ago.Tried tracking the order but other than the label being created there's been no other movement.They say with everything going on stores have been closed. I've ordered from other stores and haven't had any problems. People save yourself some grief and order elsewhere.

Poor customer service, even the UPS tracking link they give is not working, customer representatives not answering wasting my prepaid load.
Very unprofessional.

Placed an order, received the so called shipping number only for it to never be updated and no item exists under this order number. Never received my order. Sent countless emails to the company with no reply. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!

Got my order split into two separate shipments although I placed the order for everything at the same time. So the first half came timely but the second half arrived two weeks later in an empty box!!!! Tried to call customer service but the lines are down!! Wth?? Just emailed customer service to file a loss claim so hopefully they respond. This is total bull and really just a waste of time!!! GEEZUS!!!!

I been sending them numerous messages about my items tracking number for the past 2 weeks. I think then scammed me.

God awful. I made 2 orders for a total of $400 and that was 4 days ago and they send me an email that they are having trouble “finding my item”. How are you a company and you’re gonna charge people for items you don’t even know if you have or not????? Horrible I have not gotten a response from customer service in 4 days this is getting ridiculous.

.... This is the most stressful experience I ever had with customer service. Money gone. No refunds, at this point. I have called ... I have emailed... I even made a damn twitter to contact them. I seriously think one person is working. I don’t understand how NO ONE is available to talk to you. This is total garbage. This is the last time I ever order anything from them.

Purchased an Item that did not fit it came with no return label so I went to return it on the website and when I put in the order number in the return information it says order can't be found what a scam and good luck getting a rep on the phone I sent numerous email mails for help no response .You will receive your item but if something is wrong customer service is non- existing. Horrible Customer Service !

Amazon is cheaper and faster. As a Vietnam Veteran they would not except
Veteran Discount. Shop locally or Amazon.

I was also a little scared to the amount of negative comments but to be honest, I was very satisfied. I got the right shoe , right size and right color and it came earlier than it expected. I got the confirmation email like in 5 mins and then it got shipped 3 days later and I got it a week and one day when I ordered it . I expected to come longer but came in earlier which made it very nice , just be patient

Seriously the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with, it took 3 weeks for my AF1’s to come in and once they did they didn’t even fit, so I exchanged them... get this it’s been now another 3 weeks since I sent them back and I have not heard one thing at all, no one in contact the only thing it says is that they were delivered. I am now out of $200. Save your money. It has been a stressful and time consuming experience, I have waited on customer service lines for probably a total of 3 hours, and sent about 10 emails. None of which were responded to or answered.

Absolutely horrible customer service! I have tried calling multiple times & cannot get thru to a single representative. I put my order # and email on the return page and it says “order cannot be found.” I am now stuck with a $100 pair of Nikes that look nothing like the described picture. I will NEVER order from this company again. For anyone reading this... if you’ve magically gotten a return, tell me your ways!

Customer service is terrible. I exchanged a pair of shoes and for some reason they couldn’t fulfill it so instead of sending an email, I had to call and wait on hold for an hour just for a rep to tell me they’re going issue a refund then the rep didn’t like my request so she hung up on me. From the reviews this is common practice Stay clear of Eastbay.
