I've been waitin on my shoes and they gave me the wrong tracking number and still no sign of the shoe and they took my money im pissed right now

Spent over an hour on customer service just for them to tell me that I couldn’t even cancel the order or get a discount. Disappointed because I have ordered from here before and did not have that much of a problem. Will never order from here again.

Its been 2 months already and my order hasn’t arrived yet. Worst customer service ever!!!!!!

Nobody answers their phones or responds to emails and I need to return a pair of shoes additionally the on line automatic return option does not work as our order number does not register. Absolutely awful customer service as its non existant since nobody answers calls or returns emails.

I just need my money back, it’s been nearly a month and I can’t track the shoes. No one picks up the phone, I don’t know how else to get in contact with these people!

I have never had an experience like this! I ordered a pair of Adidas Streetball sneakers, I received the order but to my dismay there was ONLY ONE SHOE IN THE BOX!! I have called customer service numerous times and sent two emails with no response! I want my money back or a pair of shoes!

Worst customer service ever. Trying to check on a back order. Two days on the phone on hold for over 30 min. No one comes on. Also sent an email and no response. This is a joke. I will never order from them again!! Looking for these shoes bf July 13th but can't get a hold of anyone to see WHERE ARE THEY! Then some chat line wanted to charge me a 1.00 to get an answer NOW. I don't think so!!!!

Honestly I didn't even want to give them a star I placed the order in June and I pay the extra $10 to get it 2 day overnight express I never received the shoes I continuously call I get no answer apparently Eastbay is robbing people for their money do not shop with them..

I’m super angry!!!!!!! I purchased an air max 90 for an event and I never receive the shoes. The event passed and gone and I am here still waiting. The money was taken out my account, I also received the confirmation number and tracking number, but not the shoes. Thank you Eastbay for stealing my money and wasting my time.

Sent me the wrong pair of shoes to begin with. Have tried emailing them and have gotten no response at all. Then tried calling and was on hold for 40 min before i eventually hung up. Terrible customer service. Do not buy from this company.

So at first I was pretty skeptical and I thought this site was a scam after reading the reviews. I actually read the reviews after I made my purchase/order. I was seeing that many people were saying that this company stole their money. When I checked my email, I also thought that my money was stolen because I saw that the order went through. After checking my bank account I noticed the Eastbay never charged me for the shoes that I ordered. I Gave them a call and did take me 30 minutes to get a hold of a rep. The gentleman asked me what was wrong I told him my situation and he put me on hold for about 5 to 10 minutes and ended up hanging up on me. I wrote them an email and then I got an automated email reply in my inbox. Approximately five days later I got a shipping notification that a package was going to be sent to my house. I checked the tracking Online and I found out the shoes were being shipped. I made my order on June 15 and I received my shoes June 26.

I wish I could rate their customer service skills a zero. I had the worst experience with three different representatives on a 2 hour phone call. This is the only company that I purchased from during COVID-19 that failed to live up to their standards. I purchased a Nike sweater and it was to small. I packaged the sweater in the original packaging with tags still attached and sent it back to Eastbay. Since this was during COVID, the package took longer than expected to arrive to their facility, I called today to follow up and was informed the package was sent back to me because it “smelled like detergent”. Now I’m outraged because that’s false information. The sweater was never worn, it was sent back with all the original labels. After speaking to Marielly, I asked to be transferred to a manager. The manager Yerry barely spoke English and continuously placed me on hold, he then Informed me there was a stain. It sounds like they made up their own story. They then transferred me to a different manager and all he had to say was the same thing. It’s almost like they read off of a script. I’m already taking a loss because you refuse to accept an unworn package, not one of them tried to descale the situation or offer any type of assistance. The customer service experience was an absolute nightmare. I would never purchase from this site again after what I just went through. Now I’m stuck with a sweater that fits me too small. I wasn’t even informed of the allegations they were implying. Had I not called to follow up, I would have never known. This company is so quick to send orders out but fails to follow through with customer service. They have one job, provide service to their customers and they couldn’t even do that.

Damn, bought a nike pants for a full set of a tracksuit. Placed that order on 9th of May, its the 2nd of July and im still in Brisbane Australia waiting... the winters going to be over n I still aint flex yet

I used to shop east bay and foot locker (their parent company) but I think this was the last time.

Will not be using them again. Placed 2 orders with them in the past 3 months - 1 of them, i was just notified last week no stock after waiting 2+ months to be sent - Still waiting refund.

The 2nd Order was placed almost 2 months ago - I was advised the day after i paid that it was sent, still today no tracking number provided and customer service has no idea where my order is. Have tried to get refund and lodged through paypal but it keeps getting delayed whilst they look for the shoes.

Customer service here is terrible. Contact through email, facebook, twitter, instagram - No Reply Ever.

Call the customer service line - on hold for over 1 hour, then try to transfer you through to a manager as they don't know anything and your call gets disconnected.

No idea how this company actually operates as its run by muppets. Do yourself a favour and don't waste your time ordering from these people. Plenty of other reputable sellers out there like Stock X, GOAT and others who will process quickly and reliable.

Bought an email online gift voucher that was not delivered. The person I gave the gift to, and I have spent over 5 hours collectively on hold trying to get through to a customer service representative. They have not responded to emails, social enquires.
I will never shop there again.

I had a great experience with Eastbay. I was nervous because of poor online reviews- but I got exactly what I ordered and in a timely manner. I did try to call one time to change the shipping information and i was on hold for 40 minutes and gave up. That was my only trouble.

Save your money and go elsewhere. Waited a month now with no response to emails or calls. No tracking number supplied. So just stole my money and no one can do a thing about it. Do not go near them

Honestly at first i was scared do to bad reviews. Then it arrived. My size shoes i specifically ordered not used brand new jordans 6 rings.Thanks Eastbay. Altho it took almost 2 weeks to get i am satisfied. 4 out of 5 stars because i think tracking was not available never received a ship confirmation until i called service to check on status of shipment. Support took more than 40min to get thru but i guess i was lucky to get nice ppl like Mercedes and Chris went above and beyond. Thanks
