I have been using EagleFX for last year now in my trading journey

Overall after having not so good experiences with previous brokers can say the company is one of best out there

Very user friendly portal , smooth payment and deposit processes as well as great leverage and fees which is vital for trading

Customer service and support very good too - had no issues getting anything resolved within 48 hours max

I have been trading for a number of years now and also used EagleFx for quite some time and never had any issues. Deposits and withdrawals are always reliable and quick.

Whilst I mostly trade forex i have also dipped into crypto too and found the leverage to be decent on both too (1:500 forex and 1:100 crypto)

In summary nothing really to complain about!

I've been with Eagle FX for a while now and everything has been good so far. Customer Service/Support are 24/7 but I've only needed to contact them once.
Leverage is good at 1:500 on forex and 1:100 on Crypto. Deposits and Withdrawls have been seam less so no issues there either. Not much else to say other than it's all I need in a broker. No Drama

I have been using EagleFX for a few months now and haven't had any issues whatsoever, the withdrawals are quick and the deposits are quick as well!! Not sure where all these negative reviews are coming from, probably from newbies who don't know how to trade on the Forex market!

Simply not reliable for trading crypto assets I've experienced my positions and all cryptos being frozen for half a day without any explanation from the broker. This is very frustrating

I have been trading for almost a year now with eaglefx and do not have any negative on this company :)

I like the easy platform they have, fast support, fast withdrawls, fast execution on trades.

I really do not understand the bad reviews here, are those fake reviews what we see allot on review websites?

Stay away from these people, they will keep everything you deposit with them. Stay well clear. Although I managed to get everything refunded with the help of The Watch Guard .Tech. I hope others would be wise and learnWhen you first open an account with this company they bombard you with calls. They obviously share your details with other investment companies as they also call. I was getting 12-15 calls a day at one point, even at the weekend, trying to get me to invest more and take an account manager, which I refused to do. When I asked to close my account because someone else had managed to withdraw most of my money and had added their email address and phone number to my account, which I can't change back, I can't get hold of anyone. I have emailed, called and used the chat function on the website and keep getting told someone will call me in the next 24 hours. It's been 2 weeks and still no call. Every single employee has a generic "British" name but not one of them has a British accent, so obviously using false names. DO NOT INVEST WITH THIS COMPANY. I am still trying to get my money back but I don't hold out much hope. But a breakthrough came out when I found TheWatchGuard .tech on trust pilot and he has done a lot for me to get my funds back.

EagleFX is my third broker since Feb 2020 and it's the best one to date. Nothing fancy but just serves the purpose. Instant crypto withdrawals and support even during the weekends made my life much easier. Definitely recommend this one.

On the other hand, I find in some currencies spread is higher than other brokers. Spread should be more competitive.
Overall, I find I find EagleFX quite decent.

Out of nowhere trades started popping up that I did not place causing my trades to get liquidated and lose all my money. after the 5th time of it happening, I have stopped trading here. I do not recommend!

I had a trade going and I was notified it's ended. The agent in charge is however taking me round in circles and his phone has been off for 3days now. Kindly assist. Am a new client and my experience is at its worst

DO NOT TRUST! kick you out of trades when you in profit, when you in big profit they will freeze your trade but you can see your money going down and you can't close spoke with customer service they assured me it would be investigated with in 24hrs and get back never did chat box is no help they tell you the same thing.

Been with EagleFX for over a year and they have been great overall. Fast deposits and withdrawals within 24 hours. Contacted support twice and they were pretty quite in responding.

I like EagleFX. They are pro and I like the customer service they are on time calling me and email me. I always keeping positive reviews. I like the deposit method it's fast and safe.

Been with EagleFX for some time now. after setting up and using a demo for the start to try out there services and trade executions, every thing was good and customer service was nice. moved over to a live account and traded crypto on there platform. with the good amount of trading options and spreads i moved over to use them as my main trading account for 14 months now. fast withdrawals and easy platform and the leverage is better then most others out there. cant see me changing ever again.

One of my top broker choices (or even the top one) into my whole trading journey. They cover all my preferences - money transfer speed, pairs (even DOGE added lately), support and traders help. Nothing to complain about till now and i believe it will continue like this in future too.

I was talked into by a very good trader!! I did my account setup made my deposit and all seemed okay!!! I forgot the next two days that I needed my money I had deposited for something else. I went to withdraw and I couldn't so I had to contact the customer service!! And these people had the audacity to ask me what I was using the funds for!! Now I have used a lot of brokers in my 3 years of forex trading and I have never ever had anyone dare ask me what I was doing with my own money!!! I finally had to tell them and I was angry that I had to explain myself as part of their so called polices !!! I would highly advise against this broker please stay away and try others but please leave this one ASAP!! O got away from this broker ASAP

Several time I've lost money unable to close an order. I find it extremely convenient that this only happens when the lost is significant. I had 100% stable internet and customer service was entirely unhelpful and found every excuse not to refund. Im so furious as I lost almost $100. They asked for evidence of me trying to close the order when that's impossible as the order hit SL as it wouldn't let me close the order. Ive read here that this has also happened to other people. I highly recommend finding another broker. Ontop of them stealing your money they charge commission so overall not worth it. Im currently trying to figure out how to withdraw this week and move to another broker.
