Just completely unhappy
Just completely unhappy so far. I’ve funded over $10,000 with this company.
I lost $1200 due to “slippage” on a trade when market closed and it is taking over a week to get it resolved with support. I feel I’m deserved not only the $1200 refunded but a funding bonus as well and can’t even get answers. We’ll see if they see this and make things right (I will update this comment then)
But my opinion now is there are plenty of better brokers

Slippage can occur when a trade is held overnight on a closed market and the price at which it opens differs greatly from the closing price, as has happened in this case. This can leave a gap where no orders are filled, resulting a larger profits/losses depending on the direction of the market. Slippage is considered a standard risk of trading and should be accounted for when planning trades.

Want to let you know about a scam using your Platform they have a website set as eaglefx.net. I got scammed by them and yes I did send money to them using Bitcoin. They have Account Managers looks like a reliable wed site and using your logo for emails. I was stupid and should have read your reviews sooner and released they are on .net and not .com, they sent me the address and I looked at and thought legit it looks good but then I released nothing has been changing on it and started looking into it. They got me they are good. Just wondering if there is anything you can do about this I still have all there information.

It’s pros and cons with using eagles…
It’s pros and cons with using eagles fx. They are fast with deposits and withdrawals. But they do market manipulation. It’s times where the chart on my forex platform does not match other charts and prices. Their excuse is they don’t use the same liquidity provider so you can’t compare. Which does make since on how I place a buy on gold and it gaps down immediately and I look on another platform and it hasn’t moved down or up.

Extremely high commissions and spreads compared to most every other broker. This makes it almost impossible to scalp using high leverage.

Honest and reliable so far
I'm sticking with these guys because I trust them. I haven't noticed any shenanigans with the candles like you see with some other brokers. No issues with weird slippage, etc.. Deposits and withdrawals don't have any fees and are quick. My only gripe with them was their high spreads on Gold and exotics like pound/yen, but those spreads have improved dramatically recently.

I have very bad experience with them. 10 months ago there broker contact me and give me information about it. He gives me couple of refree too.I spent money with them. Firstly money was booming up soo fastly. I spent 13kUSD. Then they text me you have a huge profit just spent 6k more before withdraw this is last payment, I did it. After that, I make withdraw ,eaglefx people told me you need to deposit 10% of the profits that was 16k. Anyhow I took a loan and again sent them. Now they told me deposit 5k again then you can get your money, it’s a tax thing. I asked for the proof what they are not replying since 4 days. It shows they are fraud. Don’t believe on them guys, they are just wiping your money.

This company is a complete fraud
This company is a complete fraud. My client signed up for their bot trader and has over 5 figures in the account.
They keep telling him he has to upgrade his account, by paying thousands, to withdraw his funds they’re withholding for him. Who would give a company more money, when they’re already keeping his funds hostage.
When we contacted their support. They’ll tell you withdrawals are free, but they have told my client otherwise. Now they’re telling him (out the blue, since he’s complained), that he has one day left to upgrade. The fees to upgrade range from $2.4K-$10k. This is a SCAM!! STAY AWAY!!
This is a complete violation of SEC guidelines and we have reported this company to them and FTC.
It’s a shame companies like this are scamming innocent people. I have screenshots of everything so before customer service tries to reply. Don’t say anything unless you’re going to give my client their money.

It was a mistake
Update:
I have changed my one star angry review to 4 because It was a mistake from my side, my account was on btc and I wouldn’t calculate the usd value of the balance so I thought the margins has increase with the same deposit and position size related to my iOS account that was on usd.
The first customer agent wouldn’t solve my confusion, but the second took care of it will lots of patience.
So eagle fx is very good specially with withdrawals and trusts of founds, nice 500 to 1 leverage and not great but good customer service to answer any questions instantly on live chat.
I had come from forex.com and ig and I would even Get through I do not recommend those eagle fx in the other hands is very easy to get in and get instruction from day one and it takes very little time to get started plus is anonymous.
Do I recomend it? Yes But Eaglefx is not perfect and I can’t give a 5 star Because when walking away from the computer orders close by itself and price gaps a lot and on mt4 iOS the candles can be seen.
I have been unable to use their web trading and had to move to iOS, So I recommend you do the same or at least demo backtest the platform before depositing any founds.

Thank you for your review and feedback. The margin requirement to open trades is calculated in exactly the same way on all of our various platforms in both our demo and live accounts. However, the cost will vary depending on the pair traded and the leverage selected on the account.
For example, with 1:500 leverage, a 0.01 lot trade on any forex pair will cost 2 of the base currency. This would be $2 USD trading USDCAD or £2 GBP trading GBPUSD. MT4 converts the amount and applies it to the base currency of the account using the current rates. The GBPUSD example provided, at the current rates would be $2.42 USD.
The leverage has an impact because this determines how much of your own funds are being used to open the trade, and how much of the brokers funds are being used.
With 1:500 to trade 0.01 lots of USDCAD, the margin requirement is $2USD
With 1:100 to trade 0.01 lots of USDCAD, the margin requirement is $10USD
Indices such as NAS100 have a greater margin requirement because they are higher value, and have a fixed leverage of 1:200. They typically have a greater spread than forex pairs; for the same reason. The current cost to open a 0.01 trade on NAS100 is approximately $70 USD.

Beautiful Dream Turned Nightmare
I invested with Eagle FX Broker the end of April, 2022. I planned on only investing a little to see how it went. Huge gains appeared to be happening quickly, which was exciting. During the trade a surge stopped the system. 10% of profits was needed from the investors to correct the issue, so I put in 10% to continue trading. When the trade ended after 2 weeks I thought Eagle's commission would be taken out of profits, but no, it was required before profits were taken. I had to hit up my retirement account for over $20k. That's ok, with the gains as they were I would prepare for next time because I planned on investing again. When commission was paid I attempted to withdraw the funds but withdrawals were suddenly deactivated for maintenance. Eagle FX sent my funds to a "so called" bank broker at Mutuelbnunion.com to do the transfer, but fee after fee has been asked before the transfer can be done. I've paid over $50k in fees to this bank broker to get my "so called" profits, and fees continue to be asked even after I've been assured by both Mutuelbnunion and Eagle FX there would be no more fees. Everyone I've talked to about this; my bank, 401K financial institution, and other investors keep telling me this is a scam. I've wiped out my little retirement fund as well as my husband's to try and get my profits. It has been almost 2 months since I should have received my funds. I'm now bankrupt and Mutuelbnunion deactivated my account, with the transfer of funds in process, so they can demand another fee that I don't have. Not only is Mutuelbnunion demanding another fee but is also threatening to put my money into "money laundering" crime. I agreed to work with Eagle FX, not Mutuelbnunion, but because Eagle FX sent my funds (if they're real) over to Mutuelbnunion, and it has become a nightmare to try and receive my funds, I hold Eagle FX responsible. I guess this is the downside of working with an unregulated broker.

Good Broker, Good Support, Very Happy
Have been using EagleFX a little while now. Broker wise has been very good. Deposits are fast.
Support has been helpful and actively contacted me regarding a transaction on my account and if I needed help with it.
I've also made a few withdrawal's and each time I've had the funds within 20 minutes.

PLEASE READ!!! Any trader whom wants to use a new broker might run tests which includes Depositing and withdrawing. After I deposited £100 in btc. I then tried to withdraw £100 in btc. I then received the following email basically saying “we’re holding your money hostage unless you tell us why you did not take trades” a brokers entire business model is for customers to deposit as much as possible because that’s where they make their money. And they made it very clear in this email they’re not happy that i did not take any trades. I’ve been trading for 9 years and have never seen anything like this.
