Dyno-Rod - Plumbing Oxfordshire Bewertungen

Team call if plumber in the area earlier than originally booking, an indication that whoever is responsible for allocating jobs is using their initiative, when a Plumber unexpectedly becomes available to deal with another job. Plumber called to confirm time of arrival, and duly arrived on time. All work carried out in an efficient and pleasant manner at a reasonable cost even though the job was more complicated than expected and took longer. That is a 5 star service.

Great service from Rodney. Easy booking, friendly and helpful service. Everything you need, done super quickly and done well. Couldn't be better

Dyno Plumbing came out very promptly to do a power flush of my elderly parents heating system. We thought issues had been resolved, but different and more complex issues with the system occurred. They came out the following two days to sort out the problems, and nothing was too much trouble for them and we were surprised that they didn't charge us anything extra. Thank very much Jamie and team.

Excellent service from Dyno-Rod - made a website enquiry late last night, was called back at 8.30am this morning, technician arrived at 9.30am and everything was sorted by 10.30am. Technician was a nice bloke and very professional.

Engineer came out to look at a toilet blockage that happened 3-4 days ago. Only called them today as it was Christmas and they came immediately and discovered that the blockage had cleared itself, so no charge, no job even though he checked the drains. Excellent company!

Dyno were selected by my insurance company to carry out a repair and they did a great job. They were responsive and prompt with a follow up that was needed. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I have a severe anxiety disorder and am so very grateful to Dyno Abingdon for always promptly answering phonecalls and sending out a plumber quickly. The plumbers have been polite, friendly and incredibly helpful. Many thanks

The engineer did work fast and effectively to fix the problem.

I was initially sceptical about Dynorod because they were affiliated to my previous insurance with BG. The chaps were courteous and thorough. They looked at every aspect of my system and my hot water was reinstated. They gave advice on what I could do, but were not pushy. They left after giving me their number incase the problem returned. As a result of this, I will revisit my BG homecare package and add Dynorod.

Very efficient and reliable company. Resolved leak and ordered new pump all replaced and fixed in a couple of days. Staff on the phone and plumbers very polite and knowledgeable.

Dyno-rod employee was awesome. Courteous, helpful and patient, and, did a great job!

Very rapid turn-out. Polite, friendly and technically competent engineer. No mess whatsoever. Quite simply, I couldn't imagine better plumbing service.

What I thought was a small job turned into a much bigger job. All handled very professionally and end result is excellent. Very well done.

Very professional, they do everything possible to complete the job and explain thereafter.
Very trustworthy.

Called to say on way and estimated time for arrival. Fixed the problem and demonstrated excellent customer service skills while dealing with the issue. Would certainly recommend.

Very reliable, friendly engineers. Works done to a high standard and always clean up after work has been done. Outstanding service throughout. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service, within 30 minutes of can't the engineer was out to clear our block drain. The service was fast, effective, sufficient and the engineer very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Great job!

Fast and efficient, thank you!
