Great communication through out and you get to speak to a real person who is local. The technician was with us within a couple of hours. Blockage cleared and back to working order with an hour of arriving on site.

Came to me within about an hour of making initial contact. Had a severely blocked toilet which appears to have been the result of previous house owner flushing blue towel, wet wipes and covid masks! The lad who came (so sorry I forgot his name) had to do plenty of flushes through the external drains to get rid of the 'fatberg' like mess in the drains. The guy was incredible and got my toilet back into a functional state right rapid. So grateful and highly recommended.

We called Dynorod on a Saturday and got a call from the engineer within a couple of hours. He then turned up promptly, sorted the problem and went above and beyond, helping us to clear up.

We had a really difficult drain blockage. Rang Dyno, they arrived the same afternoon, went over and above to clear it, and resolved the situation in 2 hours without any collateral damage to drives, drains, or internal fittings. First call at 10:30 to completion of clearing a blocked underground sewer pipe I cannot speak highly enough especially as this was just three days after Christmas Day. True service.

The bloke turned up on time and had a good go at solving the problem. Our pipes were push-fit so he couldn't jet them; he wrote an explanation of what he'd done and what he advised we do next, which was so useful when explaining to my partner who'd been absent at the time. Very grateful for a diagnosis.
