Rang when he was coming he was there in sixteen minutes really helpful and friendly and the woman on the phone was really helpful and nice I would recommend this company if anyone needs any work doing.

Both of the engineers, Alex and Kris, were amazing! They were solutions focused and they sorted my problem. Plus, they were, both, friendly and helpful. Alex asked for assistance from Kris, and that assistance proved pivotal. Alex’s judgment was sound, and he facilitated a positive solution.

Good communication between Keith and myself. He called to say he was on his way and gave an ETA, explained what would happen, cost of the survey and full process. He was very polite and talked me through everything that was happening, showing me what he was looking at through the camera and gave us peace of mind that all was ok whilst waiting for the report to come through. Would highly recommend.

I booked a drain unblock at about 7pm last night. At half 8 this morning they were outside ready work. The guys were courteous, efficient and just good guys. Would recommend any day of the week.

Contacted Dyno Rod late Thursday afternoon and they arrived first thing the next morning. Quick, efficient, and great communication.

They sourced the problem straight away and fixed an ongoing issue within an hour. We had issues with our plumbing system for years and no plumber could detect the issue. Turns out it was an awkward external draining system. Quote was reasonable and handled correctly. Would certainly recommend.

Life savers, we have a busy shop & cafe heading into a bank holiday weekend with a nightmare blocked drain!! Dyno Rod saved the day by coming out with 2 hours notice and sorted the issue. 100 % recommend professional service and literally life savers..

Barry was friendly and very helpful towards the problem. Offered various solutions to trying to resolve the issue. Very professional!

DynoRod arrived within 40mins of calling them. Quoted a price on the phone and that was what was paid after the job was done. Lads worked well together and the job itself was done within 20mins. A camera was used to locate the blockage which was due to a build up of rubble and cement from a new patio. Very pleased with everything overall. Would recommend to anyone.

Carl S. arrived bang on time, listened to our problem of water dripping through our kitchen ceiling and identified the location of the condensate pipe leak immediately, even though it was in an awkward place under the upstairs boiler cupboard floorboards. Called Dyno-Rod, spoke to a very helpful lady who was able to quickly arrange for someone to come.oit later that day, she also clearly explained the costs. Wayne arrived on time and was very friendly and chatty and it took him no time at all to clear the blockage and he left everything tidy before he left. Great service.

Easy to book an appointment. David came within the allocated time frame and was clear explaining cost and how he would investigate. He worked quickly to clear out our blockages, working systematically to ensure the drains cleared effectively. Mess was minimal and David cleaned up on completion of the job and explained DYNO guarantee. Would definitely recommend and would use again if required.
