We’ve had an issue with tree roots. On the first call, he tried to do everything to find the man hole cover and sort the problem for us but unfortunately it needed a bigger machine to cut out the root. So our second visit was today with two engineers and everything is now clear and advice has been given for future investigation. We’d certainly use again!

We are in a different part of the country so everything was done by telephone. The young man (Alex)who came out today, phoned before he went to property and again when finished. He was polite and friendly.

I rang dyno rod after a local plumber could not unclog a bathroom and sink at my parents house, leaving it an absolute state.

Within a day of calling, Alex attended the property first thing and clogged everything within 30 minutes and have everything clear. Was patient with my elderly parents trying to explain the problem to him. Very impressed with the young Lad. He is a credit to your company.

Robert turned up as stated to clear blocked kitchen and bathroom sinks at my property in Newark. He was very friendly, courteous and explained what he was doing at all times. I was very happy with the service he provided and the manner which he conducted himself. A job well done and a satisfied customer

Kieran was a great example for the company. Polite, worked hard and a good ambassador. Despite the fault being beyond the company’s capability he contacted the authorities on our behalf and handled things well.

Booked a visit for thursday but engineers couldnt make it! Rearranged to visit on weekend and only charged weekday price. Excellent service from engineer Kieran O'malley who was extremely helpful and professional. Would highly recommend and will use again.

I booked online and received a telephone call confirmation almost immediately. They kept in regular contact from booking to arrival. They were very clear about timings and cost. The Technician who arrived (ahead of time) was polite, professional and courteous. The job was completed quickly and cleanly.
