Kevin the plumber called me to advise that he'd be with me shortly. When he arrived, he quickly assessed what the problem was and what the best way to resolve it. He used his wetvac machine to remove sludge & gunge from a cast iron pipe - then checked and confirmed that the issue had been fully resolved. He was friendly & professional throughout the operation.

Scott arrived when he said & got straight to work.
After using the plunger he 1st thought it sorted, but refilled & checked several times before asking me what i thought. It still seemed slightly slow, so he took the side off & checked the trap, all clean.
Then we went outside & Scott pointed out the likely area if there was a blockage and suggested a quote.

We had Peter round to clear the drain at the back of our house and found the service to be 5*.
Peter had done his research on where our main drains were, quickly identified the problem and worked swiftly to fix it. It was a completely seamless service and the issue was fixed in no time. Peter was polite, knowledgeable and friendly which made the visit so much easier!

Scott did an amazing job fixing a problem that others tried and failed.

Evidenced strong knowledge and made a spot on judgement call based on initial assesment, which went on to ensure a job done to an extremely high standard. I booked a next-day appointment with them via my mother's Plumbing and Drains cover through British Gas. Their engineer turned up roughly at lunchtime and was thoroughly professional in his approach. He listened closely to my explanation of the problem, diagnosed the likely cause very quickly and was able to rectify it quite quickly. He also waited until I tested the plumbing to make sure his repair worked correctly. Good professional job, would happily use them again.
