Dyno-Rod - East London and Kent Bewertungen

Consistently misinformed, charged and left with no solution to the issue.

Absolutely fantastic service and advice. Drain engineer was quick to sort the toilet blockage. Highly recommend Dyno Rod and the service they offer.

Excellent service and good advice

Absolutely fantastic service. Drain engineer was a top bloke too. Highly recommend this team and the service they offer.

Steve was very helpful. Steve demonstrated his knowledge and experience by finding another chamber in our front garden which we didn't know even existed. By finding the chamber he was able to fix the issue with our toilet.

Excellent service with a special mention to Tom and his partner who work in Wandsworth SW London who unblocked my drains. They were both courteous, professional and extremely thorough in unblocking both my front and rear drains. They were both a credit to Dyno-Rod and exceeded customer expectations. well done guys. Mike.

Richard was very professional and efficient. He did an excellent job clearing the blockage. Had to really work at it, but got there. The pipes were really blocked up. Big thanks

The engineer was extremely helpful

Very pleased with the service provided. Unblocked the outside drain quickly and tested it explaining that the pipes may need further scouring in the future.

The guys were very helpful and courteous did a thorough job, if I need to have anything else done like this in future would use Dyno rod without hesitation

I last used Dyno Rod in 2021 and the service was excellent then and still is.
I would like to thank Anthony in the office for helping to arrange a next day appointment at my school as it was urgent.
I would also like to say a big thank you to Harley for attending who did an amazing professional job clearing the blockage in our school.
I am happy to recommend the Beckenham branch for their swift service.
Thank you again from Boxgrove Primary School in Abbey Wood .

We had a very thorough experienced man called Austin turn up and he worked his way backwards through the problem and work out the cause and at 1st it looked like it wouldn't get fixed, but he was persistent and cleared the blockage.
Before he left he gave a complete break down of what to do to stop it happening again.
Me and my partner are very grateful

Service from Dyno from my booking of an engineer, who was excellent, was very easy and efficient.

Very prompt attendance out of hours just after Christmas to a what had been a gushing leak from upstairs to downstairs through the ceiling & the cupboards all of which were damaged. Michael has been a number of times previously over the years & for him personally I have been so appreciative of his knowledge, skills , courtesy & professionalism. He never leaves the house until he has understood & resolved every issue relating to the problem or suggested & agreed a plan to return if a follow up or parts are needed. He is terrific and I’ve always found him to be the same; he remembers what he was called out for to us on previous occasions which, given how many jobs he must be called out to, is very impressive.

Friendly, quick, reliable service.

The work was identified and carried out efficiently and effectively. The gentleman was friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him. I would definitely use dyno-rod again.

Cary, the engineer, went out of his way to find the problem and then rectify it. Really appreciated, especially as the problem happened over the Christmas period and the visit was on new years eve. Thank you!

Very prompt and reasonably priced service to clear a toilet drain.

Timely, fast and efficient.

Excellent service

The guy who came out to us was amazing. He was polite and arrived promptly
