Owned a Panigale 12 weeks and wanted to PX against a Multistrada V4 RS, was offered £6000 less than I paid for my bike lol, I’ve lost less money on Porsche’s and Bentleys and had them for 12 months and 9000 miles, utter joke of an offer. Never again will I buy direct from Ducati UK

I bought a 24 plate Multistrada V4S Radar, from a couple of pictures.
Let me tell I am extremely impressed both with Rob's (Donley) customer support throughout the process and how superbly the bike was presented to me all the way in sunny (not) Scotland. Fantastic, start to finish. Cannot recommend enough.

Wouldn’t recommend and will not use again. Had nothing but problems with the last bike I part-ex'd. Now out of warranty and new problems continually on a regular basis which would cost a lot of money to sort through them. Really, really cheesed off to put it mildly.

Traded in my bike with these guys. They never did the log book with dvla for road tax. Now got letters coming from a debt collector as these guys did not do there job.

Purchased a Multistrada 950s this week from this dealer and I have to say the best motorcycle purchase experience to date which is saying much! Chris the GM was a pleasure to deal with and professional going out of his way to sort a shorter delivery [all included in sale price] slot at very short notice [next day]. Delivery guy was fantastic. Highly recommend and would without doubt return! thanks guys, getting rarer to see such good customer service these days, keep it up! Cheers

I've just collected my new v4 multistrada pikes peak today! Chris was a pleasure to deal with open to have a deal and the service was fantastic couldn't have asked for a more pleasant and easy transaction! Thank you to the service team who prepped the bike to the highest standard and to Chris for making the transaction so easy from start to finish already clocked up a few miles this afternoon loving the bike it's amazing!! Absolutely appalling customer service… bought a brand new Ducati Monster and they were more than helpful whilst I was paying the money for it. When it then turned out they had made a complete shambles of the Datatag registration they literally washed their hands of me and said it wasn’t their problem and I’d have to sort it out with Datatag. Datatag then confirmed that it was dealer error yet absolutely no recognition of this at all. It then came to first service and Ducati Leeds quoted £150 more than Ducati Carlisle for exactly the same 600 mile service…. When I told them I would be taking the bike to Carlisle for this and all future servicing they basically shrugged their shoulders. If you are in the market for a Ducati I would avoid this mob like the plague…

Great Customer Service! Bought my first Ducati, a second hand Multistrada 1260s. Really pleasant and helpful staff. Chris sorted out the service and although the tyres were still legal he sorted a new set and battery free of charge. All in all one very happy customer!

What a great team. I live in Nottingham but still went 2 hours to buy my new SFV4S! I got a great deal and they dont try to back charge you for every little detail. Helped by installing some after market stuff before I picked it up. The team couldnt have been more accommodating (thanks Rob). Will be my 'go to' for future purchases.

Failed to answer emails. Had a test ride on a Multistrada V4 and as unable to stay and discuss the ride because of pressure of time. Emailed impressions and asked a few salient questions. No reply. Why would I want to do business with a dealer who can't be bothered to reply?

I had a great experience, not had a bike for over 10 years. Helped me pick the right bike, test ride with no pressure to purchase. Would recommend this dealership to anybody looking for great care and service

I bought a 2014 Honda FireBlade from this garage, I can honestly say what a great place to buy a bike, from the very first phone call to my bike being delivered was great. Chris in the Ducati showroom was spot on and nothing was to much trouble. I’d recommend this garage to anyone, I know I’ll use it again.

Purchased an Aprilia tuono over the internet/phone, Chris who I dealt was really good and fair. New bike delivered and my part ex picked up when I was told it would be. Would definitely recommend this dealer.

Absolute disgrace of a company!
Ripped off my TPMS changing a tyre and damaged the rim. Fixed the TPS bit but didn’t mention the rim damage and I didn’t see it until I got home.
They then said ‘it was there before’ despite it being fresh exposed Ali in 3 places exactly where the TPMS is positioned. I had cleaned the wheel fully and even removed the led weights myself so they didn’t mark it before taking it in. Unfortunately for them I also took pictures before taking it due to this type of thing before! They are now just ignoring me hoping I’m going to go away. Why treat your customers with such disdain!... Avoid if you value your P&J !!

Shockingly bad customer service. Arranged test ride and travelled 180miles. Rob Donley told me that he had my email address and phone number in case they sold it in the meantime. So I arrive ready for a test ride only to be told "oh yeah my mate sold it sorry about that". So I've travelled 2.5 hrs, have £20k cash in my pocket and Rob Donley is more interested in his mobile phone than trying to sell me a bike and just lets me walk out. This is how a dealership loses customers as now I'm on a mission to let everyone know.

If your in the market for a new or used Ducati, why go anywhere else!
To date I've bought 4 bikes from Ducati Leeds, and Simon & Paul always go the extra mile to deliver the deal. The service department have been great to deal with as well.
5 stars all the way for Ducati Leeds!!
