It is totally impossible to get hold of this company! They ignore emails, phone calls, and never call if you request a call back. My card balances went to zero and I have no way of getting this resolved. Stay well clear of this company.
Update after one month - this issue is still not resolved. Approximately $400 has gone missing and they just keep fobbing me off!
Second update: many thanks to Luana for finally sorting this out. Took a month.

Terrible experience from start to finish, over a month and still barely onboarded. Communication is 1/10, product is 1/10, the entire experience has been terrible despite trying to get support to help us solve our problems.
Find an alternative, these guys are a waste of time.
Someone has registered my mobile number to their account. I am getting password changes and alerts that money is being spent. I have no connection with Centrip and wish my phone number to be removed. Please reply with an email address so this cam be sorted.

This company has become dubious for me. After several years as a user, my relationship was suddenly cancelled without warning or explanation. Centtrip assured me that the debit card could be used for another 50 days. The truth is that the card no longer worked and got me into trouble when making a payment on holiday. After a few weeks, Centtrip begged for the business relationship to be reinstated, i.e. a u-turn. The problem was a compliance or something.
And here it comes: Today, about 3 months later, the same game.
Account cancellation. All right, we don't know why again. But it's a shame that Centtrip promised to give us 58 days before the accounts are closed. However, the promise seems to be worth nothing, because the debit card does not work. Although the hotline guarantees that the card is not blocked, no card payment can be made. The service hotline is lying. The back and forth in the customer relationship is absolutely untrustworthy. They are unstable, so there will be no next time with me.

Here is an update after my last report.
Today the card at least works at an ATM and when shopping in a shop.
Perhaps someone with more qualifications at Centtrip has corrected some blockages.
I'm curious to see how the theatre continues.
Complete shambles. I used to use Centtrip before Covid, no my card doesn’t work, they now only work with companies not individuals so I can’t access the money on my account. It isn’t a fortune but it’s still my money…

Another fraudulent use of my card and while waiting for yet another replacement they tell me to activate my card!
This has to be the most incompetent bank in the world.
Looking at the other reviews, it seems I'm not alone in thinking this.

I found the card doesn't work it a lot of places and the the app doesn't work either.
Centtrip were excellent in helping me out to look after a good client of ours using their card. We had quite a serious issue that was not Centtrip's fault in any way, but Henry went above and beyond to resolve the problem and ensure my client was well looked after.
A big thank you to Centtrip and as a I say Henry, for proving excellent personal customer service still exists !

Just renewed - Been using since 2015/16, I had a card cloned whilst travelling the world and very bad experience. A lovely couple from east of london I met in Canada said use this company called Centrip.
Once your used to the way it works, fees, rates and transactions then all good to recommend

Fed up with terrible exchange rates and commissions I was told about Centtrip, The app was easy to navigate and my money was loaded onto my card with no issues very quickly. The exchange rate was amazing with almost no loss from the actual spot rate. I can't believe I had been using banks all this time and getting such terrible rates. I will never be using them again. Just a shame I didn't find out about this company years ago!
I love this Fx company, very easy to use the app and the online money exchange and the rate is very close to the spot. No more queuing at airports or city exchange bureaus getting awful rates. The debit card is great too. I highly recommend Centtrip.
