Shipped a 22kg parcel from Brisbane to Ahmedabad (India) got charged twice in Brisbane and once more in India as extra customs and delivery charges (as the charges paid in Brisbane were for show only)...

Posting uk to India. Unfortunately I can't rate zero or minus one here. Bad from the get go, crm form didn't hold data so had to complete form 3 times, is thieving so rampant?? I need to send them the receivers driving licence or something official - they can't grasp I'm sending to a business address so it's still sitting in holding area not having moved an inch after a month. It was due to be received two weeks ago

I suggest leaving £40 with your parcel on a park bench will give a better service.

It's a nightmare! I sent some cookies for my nefew on 16 October 2018 from London- uk to chennai - india, today is 17 th November 2018 the delivery is still on process. The cookies might have been spoilet by now. Such a disgusting and manipulative services one could ever experience. Keep away from them.

Dpd local and dpd is also linked to dtdc. Never using again and i advise others also not use. Go with DHL.

It's been an month I didn't received my parcel..I have been complaing Guwahati office ,Mumbai office ,taking follow ups but no response from DTDC. They don't even know where it is exactly. I Dont know where should I go to complain or to know where it is. Really too irritating and pathetic service.
My parcel is lost and they don't even bother about that ,they doent even concern about the parcel and for there Costomers.

Hand down the worst service.
After having shipped a courier through 2nd priority and paid 5k for the same, the company does not bother delivering it for a week
Not only that, the delivery guy will throw attitude for delivering the parcel at their own convenience. Literally choose any other service over dtdc.

worst services..my parcel was sent on 15th oct but its 20th oct i have not received the parcel...worst services... you pay higer amount but still it will take 7 days to reach..disgusting.. shame on you DTDC...

Pathetic service of dtdc and negligence of staff. Consignment note no is HO3464478 courier on 04th Oct from shankermat dtdc nallakunta , Hyderabad . Dtdc that branch owner only taken order on 04.10.2018. Today 12.10.18 delivery still pending . We are tried follow up with same branch. Till now there is no proper status and communication from them that guy is very irresponsible person and cheated and GIVING wrong commitment to people's. Due this I have hasited to visit any DTDC.also I suggest to my frnds don't visit the dtdc.

Unfortunately for DPD UK to partner with DTDC for india delivery, that DPD had made mistake. Have used DPD for previous delivery to India which was no problem but this time - they kept parcel and demand custom fees. Still over a month and they refuse any refund nor compensation.

DPD should know better that DTDC had major bad reviews on trustpilot and facebook too.

Worst company they could not deliver a courier to a bank in Banglore addressed to manager reason said that manager was not available

It is such a lame excuse at any office couriers will be received by security but here they said returned to booking centre

Inspite of regular follow up and writing mails to customer they did not respond in any manner except replying matter closed could not deliver

I wrote them matter is not closed as you did not deliver nor returned back also charged 100 rs for service

Booking was from Hyderabad to Banglore to Icici bank ltd

Finally after rigorous follow up with booking Centre returned after 28 days from date of booking
These are useless people and management cheated me took my money promised delivery failed returned after 28 days

DTDC is very bad service provider.. i booked my courier 2 daz ago and today they are showing status that not delivered due to door closed which is wrong status because the consignee recepient address is a company address which is very reputed and running 24 hrs and admin staff time is morning 8.00 am to 5.00 pm DTDC saying the company/door was closed in morning at 10.00 am. even i also mentioned the mobile no of receiver after that he didn't try to call him and deliver the parcel.

I tried many times to connect with customer care team of DTDC courier but no response till 10.30AM. after long time customer support team has picked the call and told me that we can't do anything in this matter. we will convey to internal team only.

There is no responsibility no reliability no customer support.

i can say it's very very very very PATHETIC service.

Worst experience i can ever have with this courier. I sent a parcel to gurgaon from New Delhi which was to be delivered the very next day. When i didn't received any info from them i thought of tracking it up, to my surprise i got to know that it has reached siligurhi. When i tried contacting them the customer care never picked it up, the next day i called from where they the courier was dispatched, they said they were not aware. After trying so many times finally it reached the destination but that it was in bits n pieces, the gift was broken, it was such an insult for me. I wish i could attach the broken gift pic here. This was all this when i told the courier person that there's a delicate item please pack and courier it carefully. That bloody person took Rs 50 extra for me to pack it neatly.
I would suggest everyone not to go ahead ever with this stupid dtdc, my experience with blue dart is much better

Worst courier company. It is charging too much and service is third class. It is worse than Indian post. I have booked one letter for Allahabad which reached to Ahmedabad. When asked about why in 7 days my letter not reached they replied that you spent only 90 Rs for courier. Express courier of 300 Rs required.

It is worst courier company is have ever seen. They most of the time mis route the courier item and then deliver the parcel in 1 month. i will give zero star to dtdc. please never try DTDC it is worst .
