😠😠😠😠😠 This is my first experience with DTDC service and it was a memorial experience because the service is worse than any fake courier service. There is no commitment from the service end of delivering the product at the given time frame. Even after calling and requesting them, they didn’t send my courier at the time. Whenever I called them for my courier they said ‘it will be delivered by today evening’. And they didn’t send it at their given time. When I get rude to the delivery guy they abused me and threaten me as well to get my courier to destroy. I really advise to not go through this DTDC courier Service as you might lose your precious courier and the responsibility will be all yours. 😠😠😠😠😠😠

I would have negative five if it exists. The letter is mailed on Nov 26, 2019 from Delhi to Alir 508101. It took 8 days, December 3. Even after 8 days, the status says it is delivered, a WRONG town, called Jangaon. Filed tracking request. No reply. Filed one more complaint it is not delivered to the party it has to go. The letter is lost still. No response. The Hyderabad telephone number 040-3300444 does not function. Delhi number, does not give option to talk.What a horrible service. They should their shop. How is anybody using this service. The postal service is far better than this

Worst service.no one picks the call.my courier is to be given within Bangalore they took 1 week.not yet delivered.stupid people can't understand the urgency.no respond to mails

After further investigation the list of items advised that are contained within the parcel on the paperwork provided with the parcel for customs has lots of stuff missing off there... the lady who sent the parcel from india has kept the items for herself... after challenging her at the store she advised customs must of taken them out.... when we showed her the list of items provided to customs that advises what is within the parcel she changed her tone and advised the missing items will be returned on monday 18th November .... I just wanted to advise a warning to people who may use this company to be careful...... always get a confirmation of what they are declaring

I would give a zero but cannot. Very bad service parcel has arrived open and items are missing... I mean who the hell steals children's clothes.... my family have spent lots of money on sending items for there grandchildren just for us now to be shocked.

It was quite a smooth courier delivery,and the sales team was quite helpful in resolving any query.

First all of i want give zero star they even do't deserve the one star i the some stuff for my party and i booked dtdc before 15 days from the date i need after 13days the parcel is on same place first they you have to increase the weight after they said your have some document issue we sumbit the document again aswell but didnt do any moment on it when i know like i not getting my parcel ontime i am fully angry with their service and i said i do want the service from you guys send my parcel back i will go to another company and last they will charge 50% i said and they have shame on their management

Very worst courier service, dnt ever trust dtdc in ur life, fraud and thieves they r, without delivering they comment that wrong address, I found no one came when I ask ppl, plus I provided 2 numbers no one call me ever. I tried to get the number from net, but Guwahati hub never received or responded my mail or call, now I want to inform police regarding this.

Worst service I experienced.From Pune to Ahmedabad I received the consignment no.
P51947943 after 5 days.Most of phone contacts not in service & almost impossible to contact.
No response on e mail.sms not operable.tracking system is not updated in time.consignment lies at full day at nearby DTDC office.when contacted ,says' out for delivery & will be delivered within 2 hours ' .
After long waiting I went to office & found that consignment without any action.person simply says sorry. ultimately I collected myself.
It was tremendous mental harrassment as consignment consist the crucial medicines.

A parcel (D53251935) was booked from Dehradun on the 24th of August with the promise of next day delivery. 5 days later, there remains no update on the parcel. More than the delay, I was astounded by the extreme rude and arrogant behaviour of the DTDC female staff (contacted at 03612546235) who refused to cooperative with the customer. Instead, she challenged the customer to publicly complain about the delivery service and further misbehaved. As a loyal customer of DTDC services, this quality if service is disheartening and shall be the last time to avail your services. Worse than pathetic.

Booked a package for Bikaner and it reached the Bikaner hub from Noida AFTER SEVEN days. Then they returned it back to Greater Noida AFTER ELEVEN DAYS saying "Area not serviceable". Were they sleeping while booking??!! Now FIFTEEN days have passed and the package is still not returned back to me AND just cannot get through their numbers!! #dtdcPATHETICservice #dtdcworstservice

They parcel has been shipped to my city but still no one is bringing it to me
I called customer service the the lady who answered shouted at me snd told me not to call that number again
I need to use the package as soon as possible and they're delaying the delivery
I could go there myself if they only tell me which branch to collect at but they don't reply emails

I am based at siliguri.. item i ve ordered from amazon with tracking no Z94340097 is at siliguri base for a week back but due to ignorance of your siliguri branch, item hasnt been deliver yet and status say it been out for delivery but i neva got any call or text regarding this. And today i talked with one of your delivery boy at siliguri @ 9647715061, i dnt knw his name, but he was very rude to me. According to him, he misplaced the product and due to transportation problem for him, he wont be able to deliver the product. On top of that he says he ll not deliver the product no matter what i do... Thats your customer service replying to a customer. So basically i have to wait for the deliveey guy to pick up the product from the warehouse depending upon his availability and then item get delivered.

If there was a rating lower that 1 star, I would have happily given. Extremely unprofessional. Does not deliver courier for many days, citing lack of delivery boys. What business are they in?

it seems to be a dodgy company!
they are simply saying that they have lost my parcels of 25 Kg sent from Sri Lanka.
Now they are not answering the phone

Don't even feel to give one star to them . Pathetic customer service ever. I wanted to deliver some urgent medicines to my father and it's been 10 days now they haven't deliver it. My father is a heart patient I emailed them multiple times but no solution they have for this. I have to risk my father's life for this medicines to be delivered. Useless service shut this company you lazy bums

Worst is still a better word to define this company. Never ever I had a good experience with them right from their services, their responses and even their delivery system.
