I had 9 A3 prints in gloss, mostly all well printed; this is not a complaint, but it needs to be addressed. The prints had to be exactly A3, as I was mounting them on A3 MDF cut precisely to size and... Mehr ansehen

Yet again DSCL come through with flying colours. Offered a last minute exhibition I had but a few days to pull it together. I sent my images to print at 5am with a note asking if it could be completed ASAP. Same day I receive an email saying that it was complete. I'd hoped for my prints before the weekend. Same day is exceptional. Above & beyond the call of duty. I now have more than enough time to produce my exhibition for next week. Thank you guys!

Simple order was fine, but no comms re larger orders …
I tried DSCL for the first time based on personal recommendation, and placed two orders on the same day. The photos were printed & dispatched on the same day, but over a week later, the photobook order & larger photos I placed have still not been dispatched with no rationale as to why (checked order history).
I have not received any communication, payment has been taken, but I have no idea how long my main order will be.

Hi Sarah, thank you for your review. We’re glad your standard prints were dispatched promptly. Regarding your photobook and larger photos, these have a 3–7 day turnaround, and with the recent Easter bank holiday closures, there was a slight delay. We’re pleased to confirm your order was dispatched yesterday.
We really appreciate your patience and hope you enjoy your photo book and prints when they arrive!
Very fast and easy
Very fast and easy. Pricing is about right. Packaging was a bit battered and open at the corners but luckliy nothing was damaged.

Just ordered a restored school photograph 48 x 5 inches and apart from needing some clarification on border size, the whole ordering experience was excellent. The end result was also excellent, the quality of the photograph much appreciated by the customer.
