An excellent experience which should be linked to achieving a UK driving licence.
Informative and well administered

I expected this speed awareness training to be tedious, pontificating, and dull…… but I was wrong!
I passed my driving test nearly 60 years ago, things change and you don’t notice. There were quite a few light bulb moments for me in the training, and I enjoyed the challenge of the video activities.
Professional and fun trainers were practical, realistic and evidence based.
3 hours went by very quickly.
Highly recommended.

Very well delivered training, with a good trainer.

Helpful trainers who although serious did not treat us in a condescending manner and shared personal experiences

Avoid them, very poor communication, they wasted my two days first day I couldn’t join with them after giving my details then I have been asked to book again second day had to wait 25 minutes and then finally joined, then hearing issue started, you don’t hear properly to the teacher.

The teachers made all points clearly and clarified very well anything that hadn't been understood. They were friendly and approachable, making it easy to ask questions and interact. I came away with a clearer appreciation of the possible consequences of speeding and the futility in terms of time gained in reaching your destination. I'll definitely pay much closer attention to my speedo and I think I have speed control on my car, so I'll be using that in future

this was an excellent and friendly course, given by Dom, well worth the 3 hours. having passed my test many years ago it was an excellent reminder of speed awareness, and how the difference in even 1 mph makes so little difference in arrival time but a huge difference in stopping time. All drivers should have to do a refresher course every ten years !

A very informative course which made me aware of situations, facts and figures but most important not to speed. The couse leader was David Holmes who presented the course in a relaxed manner which I thought it made the attendees more responsive and participating with David and each other.
Thank you David and Drive Tech

Entertaining and educational way to be taught the hazards all around on the road and how being just a few miles over the speed limit can exacerbate the risk of greater harm to yourself and nearby pedestrians. In no way preachy and the Examiner was happy to accept that not all speed limits are necessarily well considered but "them's the rules" so we have to work with them.

The only thing I didn't like was the price..that said the course was enjoyable. Im 75 and passed an IAM (Institute of Advanced Motorists) driving course back in the day. I still learned a few bits. The other (inmates!) folk attending were friendly so the 3 hours attending went ok. The two presenters were very professional and made a serious talk more like fun, quite enjoyable experience.. a lot to think about..
Tip.. don't speed because you don't get there much sooner

Once I managed to get into the site, thexperience was wonderful, the trainer was interesting, the information was great, sometimes surprising, it made me think about the information provided

An informative and engaging 3 hours.
It has made me far more aware of my own driving and has given me strategies for dealing with challenging situations.
Most importantly it has opened my eyes to how important speed awareness is - and how a matter of 1 mph can make the difference between life and death.
Every driver should do this training.
I am convinced it would reduce danger on our roads.

I didn't expect to enjoy my speed awareness course but it was excellently moderated with some great photos and video to really help understand how speed kills.
I would genuinely recommend it to anyone.

Very informative and thought provoking course
The trainer is good at keeping the course interesting and calming

Fair and interesting. Positive use of time as an alternative. It has made me think about ways to avoid speeding / focus.

Had to do the speed awareness course, didn't want the points, and although I was annoyed that I was caught doing 26 in a 20 on a road that is now a 30 , the 3 hour course was very good and the time flew by mainly because of the professionalism and attitude of the staff

I was gutted to get a speeding ticket after a clean licence for 55 years driving. However, I was in the wrong and chose to do the Awareness course in a class. I found it very informative and I am glad I chose this rather than take the points.....which would not have given me the opportunity to refresh and consider how I could change my driving for the better

Nobody wants to complete a speed awareness course, however having completed one today with David Holmes who was very professional and informative. I have been given answers to questions I have been asking myself for a while regarding the speed on various roads. I have driven up to a mile in the West Midlands without seeing a speed sign, and could never understand the 'Street Lamp Rule' which incidentally does not exist. Glad you cleared this up David. The course was well paced and allowed people to ask questions, everything was explained clearly.
You're made to feel like these courses are a punishment but it makes you realise we are all responsible for keeping our roads safe and the knowledge you gain is well worthwhile.
I have taken a lot away from the course today, Thank You! :)
