Commande passée il y a plus d'une année pour la rénovation d'une véranda comportant environ 20 m2 de vitrage. Le matériel a finalement été livré il y a un mois après beaucoup d'insistance. Mais elle n'est toujours pas montée !
J'ai du procéder au démontage de l'ancienne véranda, contrairement à ce qui avait été convenu dans le contrat, que j'ai eu le malheur de payer d'avance après promesse d'un rabais (c'est la dernière fois que l'on m'y prend...)

I placed an order over a year ago for the renovation of a veranda with approximately 20 m² of glazing. The materials were finally delivered a month ago after much insistence. But it still hasn't been installed!
I had to dismantle the old veranda, contrary to what had been agreed in the contract, which I unfortunately paid for in advance after being promised a discount (that's the last time I'll fall for that...).
