I registered, then try to log in but I was redirected to main page. I tried to log in main page but cant log in and redirected to registration page and under registration is log in site link. I tried to register again but error saying my email was registered. Trying to log in in the same page but I was redirected to main page. WHAT THE HELL! I CANT LOG IN IN MY NEWLY REGISTERED ACCOUNT AND I HAVE BEEN REDIRECTED ALL OVER FROM MAIN PAGE TO LOG IN PAGE TO MAIN PAGE TO LOG IN PAGE! IT'S A B*LLSH*T LOOP!

It is a very difficult site to deal with, it is not clear, and the technical support is very bad. Yes, they answer, but they do not give a solution to any problem. I bought a small plan for beginners, and I had to get a profit estimated at $ 24, but during the month, the mining period for my plan, they made me change my wallet address four times, and every time they told me That the address is not appropriate or that it does not exist, and finally they allowed me to put the address of my payeer wallet, but the wallet has a minimum deposit for bitcoin is 0.0005, and I did not think that is a problem because the profit that would come is greater than this amount, and finally when the plan period ended and it was a month. did not enter any amount to my wallet and I contacted them several times and they told me that they sent the profit, but nothing entered my wallet. After several emails, they told me that they sent the equivalent of $12, which is less than the minimum for my wallet. Thus, my profit was lost and I did not actually get anything. I'm one of those random ones they chose to scam I've heard good things I've had a bad experience I had a gotta trial wasn't free I had to pay partially For the hash rate and then I have to pay the electricity they give you the options to pay partially or in full run away I chose partially 10 days at a timeAt 7 days you start to get a notice that your electricity bill will be coming up and to pay it rouses your service will be suspended well I gotta got nervous and I tried ahead of time to start paying my electricity. But on the contrary of what was said while written there was no way to pay my electricity. I emailed customer service dollar reply 2 days later and that's where it start it for 567 emails A-day.. Advise me to pay my electricity bill Well I kept asking customer support how do I do so they reply the same way and it does not work it brings you to a blank screen load behold some women appear on telegram find me And then mentions my electricity bill and how there's this new procedure. And how it cost $50 for them to do something to my account so I'll be able to pay but that money I get it back it's just a deposit at this happens again when comes time to withdraw I'm like why would you take it away from me give it back to me then take it away from me again to give it back to me again that makes no sense Listen we were talking of 45 day plan on 10TH/s. Oh Yeah they let me do my KYC 3 times I sent them the same documents 3 time It was the wierdes thing

To begin I receive mass spam about that service ... and if you get spam for service you never sign up is a SCAM.
DONT LOST MONEY AND TIME.

A scam cloudmining platform even though it's founded by top industry leaders. They can blatantly changes the terms of their contract in any way they wish to their benefits, resulting in losses for users of the platform. Most recently evident by the increase of electricity price which is not part of the contract. They are selling hashrates at 2x of market value and still increasing the ongoing maintenance costs, you would be far better of just buy coins and hold.

Bitdeer is a reliable company that has a close history with the giant Bitmain. Investing in this cloud mining service is legitimate in every sense.

I have been using Bitdeer since it's launch in December 2018. I joined because I had a mining farm and had good experience with Bitmain hardware and the buying process.
Overall, Bitdeer has been reliable and trustworthy, even when there have been some glitches. But you have to do your math and be aware of what the contract terms are.
What I like:
- hash rate is delivered when promised
- site is easy to use
- issues are addressed quickly. Though I expect it's a bit slower if you're just complaining or didn't do the math (see above)
- Outages are accurately compensated.
- more severe issues (like someone stealing a truckload of ZEC miners from a site) are communicated in a timely fashion. In the instance above they offered to reimburse you for the remaining contract and paid electricity days. Or you could wait in case the hardware was recovered. I chose the refund, and it was paid to me in BTC within 15 days of mining shutting down. Within 20 cents of what I calculated they owed me. They threw in some coupons as well.
- and finally, it has been profitable.

What I don't like:
- you can only mine BTC & BCH for a long time now. They should take the tabs for other cryptos off their site.
- they could have a few more payment options. Like ZEC & credit cards.
- the cost of hash rate is based on the price of the coin being mined. $0.07/TH/day last fall vs. $0.22 today. ('Classic Plan', S19)
- the introduction of 'Accelerated' plans. You pay a bit less for hash rate so you break even a little sooner. Then you split the profits 50-50 until the end of the contract. I don't like the math.
- if you track your revenue daily, figuring out your payout amount and schedule is a pain with the Accelerated plans.
- generosity of coupons and discounts has been dropping since this time last year. They are getting stingier. Is this a sign of trouble?

Obviously they are a for-profit business, and if you don't like a product don't buy it.
Bitdeer is not perfect but it is working for me.

100 % legit. They are bitmain. Kinda pricey though

Bitdeer is a scam AVOID AT ALL COST, I lost nearly $4000 worth of Bitcoins because of them.

They have written in their contract that if there is a payment malfunction, they reserve the right to refund you in USD equivalent of Bitcoin at the time, NOT the amount of Bitcoins you lost. What this means is for whatever reason they decide, they can cancel your electricity bill order but still take the Bitcoins from your account. They did this to me twice, so I had to pay my electricity bill twice multiple times. I emailed them to recieve my money back . . . I did not recieve my refund for nearly two months. By this time Bitcoin was worth much more, conveniently for them, this means that the amount of Bitcoins that were taken from my account is much more than the amount that they need to return by their contracts. As such I lost more than what would have been the equivalent to $4000 worth of Bitcoins, and there was nothing I could have done to avoid it.

This happened to me twice. Highly DO NOT recommend.

Bitdeer it is one of the real and serious cloudmining platforms : they pay. On the other hand their referral program is very very bad, not rewarding. So don't waste time if you want to sponsor with Bitdeer and recruit referrals ...

Update (New):
I sent couple of emails again and as to be expected, no replies from their support. My rig is not hashing for 2 days now. 0% hashrate, but the time and the electricity cost I paid is still running and consumed. What a bunch of scam. (DO NOT TRY BITDEER! This is from my own experience)

Update (Old):
At first it was ok, I received 3 payouts from mining. Until last November 13 they stopped hashing and my balance just stacked up but they won't send the mining profit made by my rented miner. Payments are just processing for the last 3 days and support email is very very bad. I sent 3 mails and I got nothing. no response. now my rented rig is not hashing in realtime and it's offline. They stopped operating for 2 days, imagine you pay for electricity of the miner and no hash for 2 days, no payments made. This company is just good at start. My message to starters. Be wise, risk only what you can afford to lose!

I chose the cheapest plan for BTC.
1. Seems like Bitdeer starts renting its power when the mining becomes unprofitable. Electricity fee=~hash power price
2. Customer support is awful! They yet haven't replied since 3 days concerning the below mentioned problems
3. They promise to withdraw revenue directly to the wallet. But after 3 days of mining I never recieved a satoshi. They offer several mining pools to choose but don't provide with their specifications!
4. They posit that I am able to switch wallet address whenever I want but once a day. So I didn't recieve a revenue and tried to switch my wallet addres. But it failed! I couldn't switch the address!
5. I concern I've lost my 200$

its very slow , take a month to earn 3 or 4 dollars

Positive - good, reputable service with good and very comfortable website. Payouts are good, coming every day with my 180 days contract.

Negative - NO POSSIBILITY TO BUY WITH BANK CARDS! ONLY CRYPTO! Add CARDS!

Bitdeer good so far real contracts real company. Working with biggest pool antpool and also abled swich pools. Expensive for people with less money but the reable.

I have always received my payouts. The customer service could be a little more competent.
