Excellent experience
Following a previous excellent experience at Dreams, we returned and once again were not disappointed. James was friendly and helpful taking us through all the various options to replace our bed, without putting us under pressure to buy. He reviewed the order with us, clearly going through delivery and warranty costs. We would strongly recommend Dreams.

Great sleep technology
The sales representative explained the ideal sleep measurement technology well, we led on the measurement bed on our backs then on our sides and a list was produced with a range of bed options recommended. We tried them all, and then went back to our first choice, which was number one on the list produced for us by the machine, so in our case at least the technology worked. The bed arrived on time, delivered by very helpful and informed delivery persons, and to date we are very satisfied with our purchase. FULL MARKS!

James is the manager, Charles is the man very knowledgeable gave us information we had never heard about but explained everything about bed mattress and from that we purchased a tempur mattress, of which we sent back, because Charles and james explained the 100 night guarantee and we took them up on it and changed our tempur mattress from a medium firm , to a firm tempur mattress and very happy with it. Yes pleased with Dreams of Trowbridge’s

Dreams Beds
Was looking for a new bed online but couldn’t find what l wanted plus l wasn’t feeling confident in what was available l needed to see the bed before buying. As l was shopping in Trowbridge I came across the Dreams store, I popped in and Charles a employee made me feel at home, he helped me to find the right bed frame and mattress and he helped me with extended warranty, pillows and a mattress protector, my purchase was delivered on time and was fitted up for me as l thought it would be better for me if Dreams did it and they took my old bed away for me. you can fit your own bed together yourself if you want to, l even popped back to the same store to purchase more items for my bed. My new bed is absolutely wonderful well made and well worth the money. Dreams employees 10/10

Exceptional service and product
Everything from Sales to delivery was exceptional, we were kept informed every step of the way. The delivery guys were brilliant, so friendly and helpful. We actually went back to the shop to thank all the staff personally the day after delivery.

Yes we had full attentive service in the Trowbridge showroom, with no pressure time wise or to buy but helpful advice. Bed delivered in a suitable timeline for us and the chosen bed is very comfortable. Delivery team, well turned out, polite and gave excellent service.
