Excellent Service
Friendly, knowledgeable staff made our experience of purchasing a new mattress really easy and enjoyable. We did not feel pressured at all as we were given the time and space to make our own choice after listening to all the information given. The delivery and collection of our old mattress was also excellent.

I feel I was pressurised into buying and spending a large amount of money
I feel I was pressurised into buying an entirely unsuitable product for my back which gradually got worse over time.
I was expecting much better for £1000 for a single mattress.

Delivery came when it said they would, took away old, brought in new, in barely ten minutes, including removal of footwear for our carpet's sake.

Meg from the Trowbridge branch was absolutely AAMAZING for her quirky customer service. She helped me to find the bed of my dreams so comfortable and arranged for delivery to my canal boat on the towpath. She helped me on the bed machine as well to work out what would be best for my back. My back aches and neck aches are getting better each night. Thank you ,Eg for you excellent customer service. Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! I went in for a bed, mattress and pillows! I was checked out by their virtual service which narrows down the options of mattresses to fit your body. I enjoyed the experience and then I had many specific wants for the bed; all which were met perfectly! I’m excited for it to arrive- will also be made-up for me by them! And I will be back :)
