Dreams is a dream
Recently visited Dreams in Lincoln. The experience was dare I say "a Dream". The staff are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. There was no pressure to buy just good honest salespeople. Made very welcome and the sleep machine is amazing I found my perfect mattress and bed. Thank you for a lovely experience and brilliant service. Can highly recommend.

Attentive service and great product
The sales person was very attentive, suggested various mattresses based upon our requirements and we ended up picking a spring mattress with a gel top. It has proven to be very comfortable.

Ideal bed and good service
We knew what bed we wanted when we arrived at the store and we bought it in record time, thanks to Chris. We were happy with the original delivery date, but when we had our old bed picked up earlier than expected, they were able to deliver it earlier. The delivery was on time and the delivery men very efficient . The bed was as good as we expected it to be.

Great experience
The staff at the Dreams store were very helpful and allowed us to take our time so we made the right purchase for us. They gave us lots of options and found the one that fit our needs best, not just focusing on making the most money. The delivery was on time and very efficient and they even took away our old mattress. We would definitely recommend Dreams to friends and family.

Outstanding customer service
Excellent service from the minute I walked in the shop to the day the mattress was delivered. I know you shouldn’t have to make a comment as if good service is something special but it is quite rare in my experience. The staff were knowledgeable and very pleasant

Bed Delivery
From going into the shop in Lincoln where the staff were so polite and helpful to the delivery drivers who placed the new bed to where we requested. Due to the inclement weather they removed their shoes. Also Dreams get us well informed of the deliver time slot.
