The new bed is just as we expected, and were told it would be. Delivery was spot on time. The men carried the bed to the room required assembled it and took away all the packaging. We got advice on how to look after it. No mess or debris was left behind. A very efficient operation.

After purchasing a mattress from dreams of Lincoln, we both suffered with back and side pain after the first night. I have never had a bad back in my life before this, it was obvious that the mattress was too hard for us.
A week later, we were shattered after a week of pain and no sleep, so we returned to the Lincoln store to ask for an exchange, as we were told we could within 30 nights.
We were then told by the store manager Amy, that we had to keep it for a minimum of 21 nights before any exchange.
When I complained about this explaining that we couldn't keep sleeping on it, and that we were not told about this when we bought it, I was rudely told that I was speaking with a raised voice and was being aggressive! and she could not do anything about it, as it was company policy. Amy, obviously has had no customer complaints training, as she only made matters worse with her unprofessional reaction to my complaint.
After she had tried to put me in my place and force the 21 day policy on us, she must have realised we were not happy.
She then decided to call customer services, who gave her permission to accept the exchange immediately, therefore, if she had done this in the first place instead of being unprofessional and provoking the customer for no reason, there wouldn't have been any problem and this review would have completely different.
Let's hope she gets some proper training for the future.

This is the second bed I have bought from dreams, the only reason for the second purchase is because I wanted a bigger bed, the whole experience Wes effortless, all the advisors were really friendly and helpful.

Excellent customer service by Scott at Lincoln store. He was knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations and I never felt rushed. A great shopping experience and would highly recommend. Delivery today (24 Jan) was also smooth and the bed assembled without fuss by a friendly crew. Well done to all at Dreams!

The staff member that served us was so helpful and covered all our questions and concerns. We were given choices and told about extras without being manipulated into purchasing something we didn't want or could not afford. The lady was a credit to the store.

Very impressed with the amount of help to select the most comfortable mattress. No pressure to hurry, and really good selection of mattress' to chose from.

Elizabeth greeted us and made us feel welcome, she helped us use the sleep simulator and then showed us the mattresses it recommended.
We then found the perfect mattress and left less then an hour after arriving with finance all done and an amazing customer experience

Staff very good not to pushy and cheaper mattress and headboards way cheaper than other stores we went into

It was them having the technology to assist us in our decision making. Then having all the suggested mattresses for us to make our choice. We never felt we were being pushed or harressed just advised by the experts.
