Really expensive divan bed but poor quality. If you look underneath there are staples sticking out and looks really cheaply produced. These beds are marked up ridiculously as they are able to due to their brand being so popular. I would avoid Dreams in future and recommend anyone else do the same.

The therapur mattress, also extortionate, is causing me back pain. If I sleep elsewhere I don't have the same pain.

I've previously purchased from Dreams over the last decade or so for my high-end rental properties but, until recently, I hadn't used them for my own home.

Having only ever had wonderful experiences with the Dreams team, it was the first place we went when my husband and I started looking for a new mattress for our own bed (around November 2023). We bought a pocket sprung mattress with integrated memory foam topper, which was amazingly comfortable.

When we were looking to replace both the mattress and also the base of our guest room bed in summer 2024, we returned to the wonderful staff at Dreams (all our visits have been to the Seafield branch in Edinburgh).

Both Godfrey and George were utterly fantastic; they're both fabulous assets to the Dreams team; they both go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, and they treat customers as individuals, and with great respect. They're not pushy with their sales, and they ensured my husband and I were completely happy with our purchases.

We did have a small issue with a couple of the "buttons" popping off the mattress around 8 months after our 2023 purchase, yet this was very quickly remedied by the Dreams Customer Services team.

I'm very pleased with both our shopping experiences, and I'm delighted to recommend them to others.

Got the prescott mattress after debating that against a cooling mattress. Glad I went for the prescott combi. Its beyond comfy, really happy with the quality and the feel. Also purchased cooling bed sheet and the pillows. Best nights sleep. Happily supports two people without it dipping. Originally we went to the seafield dreams store where the man was great he really took the time to discuss and explain the differences between the mattress. And he suggested a pillow for me which has made a major difference ( regularly at the chiropractor). If you have any form of a bad back or neck get to dreams its worth it.

Delivery drivers rang ahead arrival to collect previous mattress and deliver new mattress. Unprompted covered their feet to not ruin my flooring. Personable. Explanation given for return policy. Happily purchase again from them, when the time comes.

Delivery on schedule, very courteous, and efficient delivery men. Bed is very comfortable, great night's sleep.

Great bed pillows and duvet

From purchase to delivery Dreams were amazing. They helped inform me on the best bed for me without any pressure in the store through their unique computer which really narrowed down a lot of overwhelming options. They also gave me a great deal and went above and beyond on delivery. If you’re looking for a new bed, you should definitely head to Dreams.

Very good service at the Leith branch, delivery/assembly team extremely good. So far, pleased with the mattress although puzzled that it’s classified as firm when it’s pretty soft. However it’s much comfier than its predecessor, an orthopaedic John Lewis one which was meant to be medium but actually firm.i don’t think these categories mean much at all. Would buy from Dreams/Feather & Black again.

The staff is really helpful and patient to help me to select the mattress. The delivery date is also in high flexibility also.

My new Walker rolled mattress, I was given so much information I felt like a mattress expert. The man took me to lie on a bed that measures you, your posture and preferred sleep position. Then it gives a few options to try. I needed a really firm, almost hard mattress, as I always preferred those. Together we narrowed it down to a walker rolled mattress, it was just perfect, as was the pillow I was given to use when trying the beds. My new mattress arrived and the two delivery men took my old mattress to be fully recycled, well done Dreams. They phoned before the agreed time slot to say they were close by and even wore overshoes around my house and were superb. So now I have been sleeping on it for around two weeks. Best nights sleep in years. The quality is there too. I will be going back to purchase one of the firm pillows that I used in store as it was just right for me. Best way to buy a bed or mattress. Best team to trust. Overall top job.

David was really great showing us around the Leith showroom. We gave him a list of what we were interested in, he asked questions to further pinpoint what we were looking for and was able to show us several items that may have been of interest. He helped us to choose 2 bedframes and a sofabed for our new home. He explained the delivery service, the option of getting the beds built by Dreams employees and the warranties available. A really good experience and David was so easy to deal with - a real credit to the team in Leith!
Delivery was easy to organise and the guys who dropped off and built the beds were lovely and quick.
