The lady that dealt with me in the store was great she listened to all my requirements. I was given ample time to try s many mattresses as l wanted.
The lads who delivered the bed were very polite respectful of my property and very efficient.

From start to finish, was amazing, staff in store were very helpful, but not overbearing, great range of mattresses to choose from. Delivery was brilliant, he put the old mattress over his shoulder, took it downstairs & to lorry, single handed!. We have slept so well ever since, So a big thank you to all at Dreams!!

We spent over two hours in the dreams shop, being assisted in finding the perfect bed. The staff were so knowledgeable and helpful.
The one we bought has been life-changing. What I thought was chronic back ache, has disappeared! And the pillow purchased there has also cleared up any neck problems I had. My partner has also said it has been amazing. The delivery people were efficient, friendly and informative. This has been the best purchase we’ve made in years and the best bed we’ve ever slept in. A good investment I think, as we spend over a third of our lives in bed!

No fuss delivery. Put feet coverings on before entering the house. Put mattress on the bed upstairs and took all the packaging with them. Perfect.

Craig and David were wonderful, put it up nice and easily and very respectful of the home and surroundings. Great delivery guys and bed is amazing.

Polite and friendly staff that made sure I bought a mattress that met my needs. By paying a little extra, I was able to have a delivery time convenient to me, and also have the old mattress taken away. I was kept informed of estimated delivery times, and then contacted, on the morning, with a more accurate arrival.
Delivery men wore overshoes, were also very polite, and efficient.
My new mattress has made such a difference to my quality of sleep!

Dreams of Eastbourne. The staff were excellent and the electronic bed made my choice so much easier. Bed was delivered on date given and assembled.
My wife and I found the bed relatively comfortable and we slept well. On reflection I think a wider one would have been better.

We were surprised to be welcomed and taken to the machine that worked out a short selection of suitable mattresses rather than having to try out display items to find a possible one. There was no rush for us to make our minds up which of the two we selected taking into account the differences between pocket springs and ordinary springing. The sales procedure was simple and the options explained. Delivery was on the selected day within the notified time span. The whole process made parting with our money almost painless!
