Order number:353A007148 Purchased a very expensive mattress instore, when this was delivered our brand new bannister was nearly ripped off the wall causing considerable damage. The delivery men tried getting out without saying anything but luckily my husband caught them.
After speaking to the complaints manager we were informed it was our duty of care to get it fixed, we would have to get quotes for it fixing and encouraged us to contact ombudsman as any compensation would be hard to get. We are utterly appalled by his attitude and obviously cancelled the order. I would never recommend this company.

Went into Dreams Bradford as we wanted help selecting a new bed and mattress (having bought a mattress a year earlier elsewhere & lived to regret it - expensive mistake)
The staff in Dreams were very friendly and helpful. We used the "Sleep match" comfort checker which assesses the correct types of mattress for you. Then having reduced the vast selection (which can be a bit daunting) down we were expertly guided round the best options trying each to compare. The staff were all so lovely. Amindh looked after us expertly and left us confident we had made the right decision this time

The mattress was very comfy, no more body aches again. I now sleep like a baby.

From ordering my mattress to it being delivered I had quite a few emails with the progress. The young lady in the shop in Bradford was very polite and helpful. The young man who helped deliver my mattress was also very polite and explained what to do in the next few months. I would not hesitate to go back to Dreams when I need anything else

Had a really good experience at Dreams Bradford Foster square. Rob spent over an hour with us looking at different options and talking us through different bed structures. He printed us out a quote and not pushy at all! He was very patient with us and because of his positive attitude and support we went back the next day and purchased our bed and furniture. The next day wasn’t an easy one either as we discussed more options and Rob was very accommodating! Thanks Rob for the support !!

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. I have multiple sclerosis and movement is difficult, so wanted to purchase adjustable bed to help. Aminah gave me good advice on the different bed frames, and appropriate mattresses without being pushy. I'm waiting for delivery, booked for a couple of weeks... really excited to have new bed!

We popped into the Bradford store yesterday to look at mattresses. We ended up purchasing a great mattress after using the sleepmatch machine. Aqsa was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the mattresses we were looking at. She offered us drinks and ensured that our customer service experience was 5*! Aqsa is an asset to your Bradford branch.

Brilliant service and attentive staff. Not pushed to buy, viewed one day, made decision over night and returned following day to make sure, and then made purchase. Delivery and assembly great. Very respectful and polite and took all the rubbish away. No mess for me to clean up.

Firstly the team arrived early (not a problem) and did their business in just over an hour. That’s really impressive.
Secondly the guys couldn’t do enough for us. I was having problems dismantling a bed and they just stepped in a did it in seconds.
Anyway the guys were brilliant. They’re a credit to the company.
