We recently used Drayton Boiler Services to install and fit our new boiler and replace a valve. We had Doug and Ollie turn up bright and early they were friendly and very informative of the process they were going to complete to fit the boiler. The service took a day and half and even though we had a night without heated they provided us with multiple heaters to ensure we didn't get cold. They then turned up the next day very early to finish the process. They kept everything clean and tidy and would highly recommend them. Thank you for the great service you provided

They failed to carry out the manufacturers Worcester Bosch installation requirements by not allowing significant clearance to the underside of the boiler which should have been 100 millimetres clearance in fact it was hardly 50 mm which did not allow the engineer to service the boiler service as he could not gain access to the hydraulics. The boiler was installed into an existing fitted kitchen and I had to pay £200 for the company Drayton Boiler Services Ltd to return to the property and alter the existing construction to comply to the engineers requirements. The comment from the manufacturers Worcester Bosch was that they are not responsible for contractors installations adding I should not have paid the sum of £200 as they failed to carry out the manufacturers instructions. As a layperson I was completely unaware of the engineers report when he stated "there is not sufficient clearance to access the boiler" had he explained in more detail I would have understood as this whole episode happened January 2023 a further service visit was carried out on 19 January 2024.
I am still trying to obtain a copy of the service engineers report from Worcester Bosch dated January 2023. Gary Drayton is refusing to return to the property and make good the existing woodwork and refit the underwork lighting unit.
Lastly, one would have thought for the sake of all the supposed goodwill of Drayton boilers Ltd that he would agree to return to the property and carry out the making good and pay me back the £200.

I can strongly recommend Drayton boiler services. The whole experience of replacing our old boiler went smoothly, from Steve's visit to assess what we needed through to the completion of the job. George and his team did an expert job fitting the new Bosch boiler. The job included up dating the old gas pipes and flushing the radiators. The work was completed within the schedule and we were impressed with the way George was happy to advise us and answer any queries about the new system.

I would thoroughly recommend Drayton Boiler Services. They picked up a job that someone else was unable to finish which had left me without heating. They sorted everything out and did an excellent job. Very professional and trustworthy

Boiler engineer condemned disabled mothers boiler and gave quote of just under £4k. Questioned some of boiler engineers expertise with his initial questions. I got a second opinion with another company boiler engineer and he fixed boiler for £400. Be careful and always go with recommendations.
I still had to pay for a visiting fee from Drayton Boiler services even though they condemned boiler and it could be fixed!

The workmen were tidy, efficient, polite and hard-working.
Also punctual and very independent in terms of getting on with the work and not expecting teas etc.
There was a spillage from a pipe and this was cleaned up as best they could.

Swiftly replaced discontinued products that it could not resolve/support over the phone. Unlike Hive who brick their products and expect customers to buy newer version replacements, Drayton is far more reasonable and fair.

The team from Drayton did an excellent job at installing a new boiler and other peripherals. They turned up on time, kept everything tidy and completed the job on time. They gave me all the detailed instructions for the new system and I am very happy with all aspects of their work and would highly recommend them.

We needed a replacement heating system for a very old gas boiler (and it's ancient plumbing). It was designed and installed by Draytons, both to budget (as quoted) and on time.
We were dreading the upheaval involved but disruption was kept to a minimum with hot water always available overnight and everything tidied away at the end of each working day.
We now have a modern boiler, new heating controls & pump, magnetic filter and radiator TRVs at what we believe to be a reasonable cost. In summary, we are delighted with the work undertaken by Steve and his team and cannot recommend them highly enough.

The experience from start to finish with Drayton’s was excellent. Gary and Steve were quick to respond to my enquiry and the urgency of our situation and took the time to talk through the recommendation. Terry who installed the boiler was friendly and professional and went the extra mile to ensure everything was completed to the highest standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending.
