Very friendly office managers with a lovely big communal living room downstairs. Great coffee and drink selections and breakfast spreads!

Alina is exceptionally talented at multi tasking everything from front of house to being a great hostess at special events, setting up a lavish selection of breakfast items to suit everyone and a smiling face to welcome guests.

Alina, is always so friend and welcoming at Reception. The building is always really clean and well looked after and you make the whole experience feel positive and professional.

I have been renting a room at 1 Bedford Row for the last 8 months. Its a lovely building supported by a great team. The team are also hugely responsive to requests and suggestions. I would thoroughly recommended to new businesses looking for a professional location in a beautiful London building

Sadly, we've just moved out of the Drayton on Bedford Row.

From the first time I walked into the office, I was blown away by the whole atmosphere from the decor to the general energy from all the other tenants.

The management team are amazing. Alina, who manages Bedford Row is just fantastic. She always goes the extra mile and nothing is too much trouble for her. Maria is a great Landlord and will always take the time to have a chat if she's in the office.

I am genuinely sorry to have had to leave The Drayton, but sadly, circumstances meant that we had to move on.

Such a wonderful building and the lounge is so fancy! Manager kate is so nice and patient, very easygoing and helped a lot.

Great place to have an office. The place is always clean, they provide great services, there are often parties and they provide breakfast every Tuesday and Thursday morning. The host at 1 Bedford, Alina, is excellent. She is very helpful, organised, friendly and goes above and beyond for us

Great office spaces with incredible value.

A very nicely done up office space with a range of amenities and a wide range of spaces. Everyone's super friendly and you get the sense that the staff work hard to create a great atmosphere.

Lovely building in a really convenient location just a few minutes walk from Holborn station. The staff are helpful and the facilities are excellent.

I recently moved into the new Bedford Row office and couldn't recommend it more.

The office itself is newly renovated to an absolutely stunning standard - it has a warm, luxurious feel but still incorporates all the quirky features that showcase the building's history. Genuinely very well restored. Location-wise, you are very well connected with a number of different stations within easy walking distance.

The team are always on hand with anything you need, which makes a massive difference. There's a very personable feel here which can be hard to come by with London offices. Reception are always very friendly and the building manager is attentive, too.

Bonus points for the free drinks in the members' lounge!
