DPF Fixer Bewertungen

Extremely happy with our dpf clean from Adam. Great service, with 4 week after care where he did we could call back if needed, however lights are gone and running great so we haven’t needed. Would recommend.

The guys did a great job. We had test drive and all is so much better. Many Thanks would recommend.
Cheers
Graham from Okehampton

I met Nick on 18th May. He came to do a clean. He was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He knows his stuff! He is a credit to the company and I would use this company again just to have great customer service from Nick! Thank you!

Great service well experienced mechanic gave me all the answers on the job description the car is at best performance PDF cleaned thank you guys I’m stress free now ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The booking was rapid, with 10 hours of a phone call one evening the car was fixed. Kieran was exceptionally knowledgeable and went above and beyond to troubleshoot the fault and perform a solution. Would highly recommend DPF Fixer

Excellent service

very easy to use and very quick to book me in and help. they came to my place of work and fixed my blocked DPF within an hour. Igor was great, nice guy and super funny. hopefully i won’t have to, but if i do have to, i will be using them again haha.

Absolutely fabulous service from start to finish / same day call out and the guy who saw to my car was full of knowledge and super helpful !!! Highly recommend

Cleaning was so straight forward and done really quickly.

Ioan went above and beyond. I am having a lot of issues with the car at the moment following a recent service and MOT. Ioan was able to assist me in the direction of what to raise with the garage and even point out potentially unsafe aspects of the work they'd done. Went above and beyond, couldn't ask for more

Immediate response, the engineer came within a few hours. Very knowledgeable, he explained what was going on and fixed the car. Great overall

Terrible service and overcharged - Avoid DPF Fixer Rip off do not use

I had a very bad experience with DPF Fixer.

I called them for DPF cleaning. I was quoted £330
Total with VAT: £330
Booking Fee Paid: £150.00
Balance Outstanding: £180 total. They asked for a £150 deposit upfront with the balance to be paid after the job was completed.

Their engineer attended, sat in the car and ran a diagnostic, during which a significant amount of diesel was used. After this, he got out and told me my DPF was "gone" and needed replacing.

I found this suspicious. I contacted another specialist who did a proper DPF clean for less than the amount they charged me. The job was completed in 30 minutes and my car is now back to normal performance.

In my opinion this was not an honest diagnosis. DPF Fixer took my money and caused me a lot of unnecessary stress. I would not recommend them

Excellent service from a very knowledgeable and professional team.
Ethan did a great job.👍

Very good service, very fast and efficient i would recommend to my friends and family and would definitely go back

The technician arrived and discussed my car and possible outcomes of the test and clean with me for several minutes before starting work. Once done, there was a thorough discussion about ongoing care (and further advice about my upcoming car purchase). Knowledgeable, straightforward, professional.

Great friendly service and was made aware of exactly what was being done.

I called in the afternoon and was offered an appointment for the following morning. I was given an accurate arrival time so did not have to wait in all day and the technician contacted me in the morning to confirm his arrival time.

He was extremely polite and professional, took the time to discuss the fault and history to ensure this matched the diagnostics and explained the work he would carry out.

The service was completed within a few hours and he again took the time to explain his findings.

The car is running fine now and the whole process was seamless and professional.

Ethan not only cleaned the DPF but also went to great lengths to identify some other issues with my car - two holes in the exhaust and a faulty accelerator cable which are being fixed next week. He was very polite, friendly, efficient and went the extra mile to identify the problems and give me good advice. This is particularly important for me as a disabled driver who drives from my wheelchair. Thanks Ethan!

I'm very happy with the service I received. The service engineer was with me the day after I made a call and my totally blocked dpf was back up and running in 90 minutes. The process really works and is cheaper and easier than changing the dpf for a new one

Great service start to finish first contact call was great put nr at ease explained the process to me two guys who came to do the clean and regen were great explained the process and I identified a pipe not connected great diagnostic report fingers crossed won't need to use them again but if I do then no hesitation thanks all

To start when I phoned up amongst other things I asked if there would be be any mess and I was told no we take all the mess away
When the operator came I asked the same question and he said the can’t take an mess away as the container was not suitable for the job
Also the machine didn’t work and the operator had to go away and purchase something that would do the job
He came back with a 5 litre garden pressure sprayer which he finished the job with
I know I am paying for the operator’s experience which was first class by the way but there was no reduction in price from using a technical machine to using a garden sprayer
