While there was an agency blunder regarding the handyman booking, the two delivery guys, Steve and Joe, went completely out of their way to do as much as they possibly could for us. They were extremely hardworking, professional, and pleasant to have around during a stressful move. God bless them—we are so incredibly thankful for their stellar work ethic.To make a great service even better, their supervisor joined them on-site and was extremely kind and courteous. He stepped right in and helped Steve and Joe get our bed assembled so we had a place to sleep, completely making up for the absence of the handyman.While the office logistics had a hiccup, this specific delivery crew and their supervisor completely saved the day with their outstanding customer service. Highly recommended and hope crown relocations Uk agency is as efficient and professional.

I had the pleasure of meeting Sam, Ash & Des today, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough! They worked so efficiently and managed to get all the packing done in record time.

They were friendly, pleasant, clean and respectful of my home throughout. They were also incredibly helpful with carrying things upstairs and both assembling and disassembling items when needed.

Such a great team and a pleasure to have in my home. I would 100% recommend!

The team were great for our move from Edinburgh to Surrey. They were quick and highly professional, particularly Peter on the Edinburgh side.

Paul and Brian from the Geordie Crew were fabulous, difficult building to access, 4th floor flat, nothing too much trouble, very friendly and helpful, would definitely 100% recommend and will be booking again.

Worst experience ever. I’ve used this company years ago and they were wonderful. This time they didn’t send enough crew to pack, did not pack items correctly leaving damage, and now they’ve ‘lost’ my possessions after being in their storage facility. They’ve offered no compensation nor apology and keep asking me to check I haven’t got the missing items somewhere (I haven’t). Never ever use this appalling company

Ref 300455 - Excellent and professional service from Sam, Cam nad Dan. We have used a few man and van movers over the past few years moving from rental to rental. Doreebonner have quoted on these moves but were not the cheapest. We recently bought our first home and got them to quote us to move. Pricing was between the cheapest and most expensive quotes we received.

Lorries arrived on time, property was surveyed and care was taken to protect carpets and belongings. The team worked well together and overall it was a completely different experience to our last few moves.

I can definitely reccomend Doreebonner for your house move. Not as cheap as a man and a van, but you get what you pay for.
