Despite a bit of confusion with the dates at the start, Barry and Brian from the High Wycombe depot quickly put my stress at ease. They worked incredibly hard, made the lifting and packing look effortless, and even added some humour along the way. The whole move—three hours away—went smoothly. A big thank you as well to Anthony for his help on the final day.

We recently used Bonners for a house move, and the service from beginning to end was fantastic. Adam P handled the quote and booking process, and was helpful, responsive, and efficient throughout.

The team of three Ant G, Kieran G and Ash A were genuinely fantastic throughout the move. They were professional, polite and incredibly hard working over the four days. They worked efficiently, handled everything with care, and kept a calm, positive attitude the whole time.

I recently used this company for a full move out of my old property and into my new home, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Sam J, Brian S, Toby E and Harry D were an absolute dream team from start to finish.
The guys were punctual, professional, and took great care throughout the entire move. Everything was handled tidily and the whole process ran smoothly. What really stood out was how friendly and easy they were to work with, which made what can be a stressful day feel manageable.

The communication and logistics regarding our move was handled very professionally. Ample boxes delivered well in advance of move date. Most of all, the 3 person crew couldn't have worked harder or been more professional. No an easy removal with no lift on top floor, but they handled it all so well.

Excellent service. Always answered any questions very quickly and the moving team were very professional.

After a lot of issues I contacted Bonners for a removals quote nothing was a problem they were so easy to deal with. On the day of my move the removal team I had where called Jay and Leon they where amazing nothing was to big for them they got round any issues they had with my furniture. Even when things over ran another member of the team was sent out so hats off to Darrell for helping on what was a crazy day. So I would highly recommend these two for any job. 5 stars from me

As is well known, moving house is one of the most stressful life events any person can go through and my husband and I were certainly feeling the pressure during the weeks leading up to removals day. Not only were we moving house we were moving cities, adding even more intensity and unknowns!

On the day the Doree Bonner team arrived, we were feeling completely overwhelmed, and felt we still had a huge amount to do.

But, when Mark L, Malachi and Shane talked us through the plan, they put all our concerns to rest, they were quite literally brilliant, and we immediately began to feel we were in the best of hands to make our move go smoothly.

Not only were the guys courteous, respectful and efficient, they also managed to get us laughing! Mark - the lead, is one of the funniest guys, he gets everyone on the team and customers bantering and getting along, much needed in these circumstances! The move lasted 3 days in total, so it was vital we were all able to get along well.

Can’t recommend this company - and particularly this team enough, we will always remember what a difference they made and how they managed to make us laugh through all the moving exhaustion.

Job ref 290115 Michael Nathan and Dom made our recent move as easy as it could possibly be. Fast, considerate and helpful and the solution they came up with for getting the piano up the steps into our new house was nothing short of genius. Heartily recommend Doree Bonner for your move, bonus if you get these great lads on the day.

Both the booking team and the packing team have been friendly, professional, helpful and super efficient. And very understanding of me moving country with a young family. Together with competitive pricing, I couldn't have asked for better.

The removal went smooth without any problem. However, our wardrobe door returned broken. Having contacted the company, prompt respond but very slow in action. Put on top of moving hassle, we had to sort out the broken glasses on our own cost for the safety of our kids...Still waiting for our claim being finalised.

Doree Bonner did a great job for us, in particular Adam Pengelly who calculated the volume of our belongings and provided various quotes, Lauren, Toby and Simon who helped us decide to choose Doree Bonner and kept us informed, but mainly, Ant and Brian, our two removal men.
They were exemplary.
Moving is stressful, and a lot of work, but Ant and Brian made it easier for us. They were polite, engaging, and professional, neat and tidy at all times, and extremely hard working. The two of them just about filled (and emptied) the 1800 cubic foot lorry, so much stuff! We even had a few laughs.
So thank you Ant and Brian, and the rest of the Doree Bonnner team.
We’re not moving anytime soon, but we’d happily recommend them to others.
