Had a good experience
Had a good experience - ordered small window for bathroom. I called to change delivery date -then got email with a different date-called again and all sorted very competently and shipped to alternative address. Good communication and window seems to be fine.

Delivery time not respected , I ordered sliding door kit in 2/03/2026, today when I do this review it 23/03/2026 and I still don't have that kit . The advertising for that kit was with delivery estimate 2 to 5 working day

after placing an order on their website on 24.02.26 i was expecting items to arrive as mentioned (3-5 working days). apparently items did not arrive, hence i gave them a call on 11.03.26; i was told that i have to wait another 15 days from the date of 4th.03.26 as the supplier is out of stock. When asked how come they did not inform about this unbelievable lead time, they said they have hundreds of orders and can not email every single customer. unprofessionals.

Got my door draught excluder for front…
Got my door draught excluder for front door - took a while to come - had to replace existing one as the rubber got stuck in the door when I closed it over (this was a door company that originally fitted it). Quality is ok but was not as good as the one that was on originally but did replace it at the weekend

Initial contact with customer service was good
Initial contact with customer services was very good. I asked how many concealed hinges came in a £42 pack and was told there were two.
Based on that information, I ordered two packs that same morning as I needed three hinges for a fire door. After placing the order, I received a follow-up email confirming there was actually only one hinge per pack.
I immediately replied asking if I could add another hinge to the order, but received no response. I followed up again the next day, as the order had already been dispatched, asking if they could assist with getting another hinge delivered and help with second delivery cost. Again, no response.
A bit disappointing, as I would have ordered three at the time if the original information had been correct.

Doors were not the correct sizes due to…
Doors were not the correct sizes due to my own fault, but when requesting to exchange or refund this company do not exchange for other sizes on sale items only refund but for to received the refund you have to find a courier yourself to send them back. Which is more costs on top of the tax and shipping you already pay to get them delivered to your home in the first instance.

There are courier price comparison websites which can help in getting the most competitive deal - but this does have to be arranged between yourself and the courier.

Excellent Service
We ordered some internal doors which arrived quickly and were great quality for the price we paid. Unfortunately one of the pairing strips was damaged on arrival but Teigan in the support team dealt with this and sent a replacement out which we received after a couple of days.
I hadn’t heard of the business before but I would fully recommend based on the service we have received and would definitely use again in the future.
