El servicio es pesimo, muchas fallas y tiempo de inactividad frecuente, el servicio puede estar fuera de linea hasta por tres dias. Poco serios soporte muy muy muy malo por favor no gasten tiempo con este servicio

I have been with one other web hosting provider I was facing slow site loading issues with them. I changed my hosting and purchased a new personal plan of web hosting from Domain Racer. Now its been a few months I don’t have any speed issue with my site. I am really satisfied now that finally my problem is solved. I definitely suggest domainracer service.

I have to say they are VERY unprofessional and providing unreliable service. Their server is too slow and most of all all my websites are crashed now and then. I tried to reach them through support but they are unable to resolve my issue in a timely manner. I have had a very unpleasant time with them and definitely NOT recommending domain racer.

Before some months ago, I purchased a basic plan of DomainRacer web hosting. Their low-cost price with extraordinary features are awesome. Truly, my experience with DomainRacer is good and Thanks domainracer for valuable support.

Very bad hosting company.. my client website is down, and now i can't login to my dashboard for create ticket support.. until now, my client website is still down

I am a genuine user and customer who bought a high end re-seller package @ Domain Racer.

Honestly, they really do not honor the guarantees as spelled out in the terms and conditions, and also - the downtime service happens too frequently. I have a log of the downtime, as i subscribe JetPack service.

If you really want to be serious in hosting or web packages, get some other giants like GoD@dd* or H*stGator. They are the best, fast and reliable.

And when it comes to reimbursement - they will try their best on not to understand what you are saying and they have the 'denial' syndrome.

I chose domainracer for their lucrative offers but when I started using it, I realized that it is all fake. The server was slow and the resources were crossing limits too frequently, although I had used other hosting providers and I know my website is not that much resource hungry. I contacted them again and again to solve the server speed and resource issues but the issues were not solved. And all on a sudden, they informed me that they cannot host my site because it is crossing their limit. Then they suspended my account! I paid them for three years but could not use even for 3 months, they did not even refund my money.

SO, NEVER USE DOMAINRACER

Worst experience. Website will be down for at least 10 days in a month. It will be rectified only if we raise a ticket. It's been just 5 months I have started using the hosting but I have submitted more than 20 tickets. Will never recommend this to anyone.

Since domainracer feels that the review is not from their customer and the review is fake, I wish to submit the invoice for the domain hosting and also the ticket details (along with the reply from their end) that I have raised for the technical issues. If you want a great review then work towards proving good service.

Don't act smart by saying reviews are fake.

I am very happy with the reseller service of domainracer. It is a very affordable service compare to other hosting providers. One best thing is their customer support is always help me to solve my queries.
I recommended you to go with them.

Terrible experience. Every now and then the site is down and when it works, the speed is tremendously slow. I do not recommend this service to anyone.

I would never recommend this service to anyone. I had issues with my website and even asked them about going to a VPS environment. Of course it was unsuccessful and then they terminated my account and offered me a refund if I wanted to take my business elsewhere. I reiterated that I had inquired about their VPS, but then I opted for s refund as I did not want to deal with them anymore. Months later, several disputes later and many e-mails later I finally cut all business with them. I am not even going to get into them holding my domain name hostage and bribing me, or at least attempting to. I was one step away from just letting my legal team deal with them (who would have thought something so simple would have resolved via litigation). Definitely stay away from this company at all cost.

Downtimes almost every day, even their own webpage was down several times. I think, really all the 5 stars comments here are fake.
I did try to get my refund on the first month by paypal but, I won`t, Now missing a lot customers,I try to go by FTP no connecting,
All sundays Are down site, This site is a ripped

No end of issues from email blocking to autorenew domains not renewing and no notifications... Was with them for a bit more than a year with a reseller account hosting several sites for clients. Worst experience with a web hosting company I have ever had.

I really don't know some people's having good time with there server all I will say is I had very bad support which I didn't expected the reason I become customer with domain racer because I reviewed good thing about them but I faced horrible I really don't want to talk about a lot am asking now my money back which I open case PayPal they asked me to close the case but I still want my money back I don't trust them again its up to you guys who will become there customer you may be happy customer or end up some one unhappy they don't give you all the features is highlighted on there website when you ask them they don't answer they keep talk other thing they don't fix quickly and they don't answer quickly it will take a 18 hour reply back first days they were answering a day 3 time which I had problem they don't give you fully working server that is why i keep asking help.I felt unsecured All I will say be carefull I don't know other but this is my problem I faced.

i dont know who i will complain and get my money back if you didnt give me my money i will ask Allah God to help me and i will never use your services in my life.

i am with domainRacer for about a year now and i am pretty happy with their service.

The speed is good, The customer support is good but their technical knowledge is terrible.

for months and months,, my customers keeps getting constant email issues, emails that does not comes out, emails that does not come in.. this happens at least once every 2 months..

but it's a small issue compared to problems i had with the likes of Genhost.in .

i'm going to stay with domain racer..

not bad at all.
