After seeing this review, DomainRacer has made some improvements, and now the server is working fine. However, let’s talk about their support. They are quite unique. The main support team never speaks to you directly. Whenever you call support, a person acts like a messenger. Their only job is to take your query and pass it on to the support team.

Secondly, if you raise a complaint on their panel, they typically reply after 1 to 2 hours. At night, the response time increases to 2 to 4 hours, despite them claiming to offer 24/7 support.

Thirdly, their legendary support team frequently does one thing: they show you a screenshot from their end and tell you that your site is working fine.
