Easy to order. Good communication. Smooth speedy delivery. I would use this company again.

Ordered a software download from here, very quick and hassle free service, was emailed the serial and link for the download within 15 minutes. The only drawback was being charged for shipping on a downloadable item, although I have no real problem with this as the product was still only around half of the price I would have had to have paid buying directly from the developers website.

Whilst I had no reply to my email asking if this would fit my particular keyboard I took the plunge to order and hope it would. Communication from there on was excellent and delivery was prompt and thankfully the item does fit. I know that my item was inexpensive and probably you get hundreds of enquirers - but I may be a big spender in the future - so I deserved an answer to my email!!!

I found what I wanted quickly and easily on their website, ordered and paid within a couple of minutes. I called them with a question regarding delivery and they were very helpful in advising me of how to reschedule and recommended i download the dpd app to my phone to track my order.

I have been using Dolphin Music since about 2009/2010 and have always found them to be extremely helpful. My gear always arrives on time too which is great. When I'm looking for new gear I always check to see if Dolphin Music sells them first before going anywhere else. I would highly recommend them.

I ordered a guitar and paid with paypal. Very soon an employee told me that the guitar, was in fact, not in stock.
I asked for a refund and I got the money back in about a weeks time.

Sorry to have to post this, but when I order from the likes of Amazon, they show if the goods are in stock, and if they are, very often the goods are in my possession the following day. Not the case here. Ordered on 30th May and had to call them a week later to find out where they were to be told 'they're still on the way to us!" There was on no indication at time of order if goods were in stock and I was asked to rate the service before they'd even arrived!.. That's 3 weeks, and in this day and age that's too long!..

Shake the product was out of stock. And the lack of communication.

BUT Customer service was excellent once the problem was realised! They went above and beyond to remedy the situation with prompt, polite and friendly communication followed by efficient service!
