I needed some .10 - .46 Gibson vintage strings promptly and they came next day which was perfect timing. So no problems at all.

Please don't Ever Ever buy anything from these people. After sales service is appalling.
PLEASE DO NOT USE...!!!
My RCF Evox 8 had a fault (which they assured me was very unusual) and it had to go back to the manufacturer.
They told me I would have it back within 2 weeks, which of course I didn't, and when I did finally receive it back it was covered in bumps, scrapes, dents etc. This was a pristine bit of kit in great condition and it has been ruined.
Total refusal to acknowledge any responsibility and not even willing to discuss the issue.
DISGRACEFUL PLEASE DO NOT USE...!!!

Having had a lot of mixed experiences with music shops, this was blissfully hassle free, as it should be.

Excellent service, no complaints.

Dolphin's service was second to none.Item arrived exactly on time but was rather a dissapointment.Description stated it is padded, however padding is so thin it is almost non existing and bag seems useful only as a dust cover and no better than a TGI bag that I gave just £9-99 for.

I would recommend this company for its excellent service, the Item I ordered was with me the next day .

My experience was short and sweet, very fast service. On line order, item dispatched and arrived safely next working day.

Ordered my mic on Tuesday 2nd August, received it on Wednesday 3rd August so I was able to use it at a gig that evening. I wish all deliveries were as fast!

I bought this metronome as a present so haven't used it. However it was dispatched and delivered promptly and well protected for its journey. Would recommend this company.

Guitar arrived next day of ordering at. the exact time given and in perfect condition, excellent service.

I ordered Presonus Studio One V3 upgrade package. The price was amazing so no complaints there. However when I went to pay there was a P&P charge - OK obviously they were sending a physical copy which was fine. This was borne out by the fact I received an email saying the product was temporarily out of stock and they would send it as soon as they could. Again no problem these things happen. Then 3 weeks later I suddenly receive an email with a License key and download instructions.

The product is good and this all worked fine but why the HUGE delay for simply a license key and why the Postage and Packing charges of 4.95?

Overall not a bad experience but it would make me think twice before using this supplier again.

Needed a replacement reverb processor for PA system urgently. I ordered one from Dolphin Music at 2:30pm and it arrived 9:00am the next day! Fantastic service!

I ordered an item that was out of stock from Dolphin music. Having called them to find out the expected delivery date, I explained that I needed it for a specific gig in 2 days. They then chased their suppliers, got the item for me and turned it round the same day to ensure I got it time. The point is, is wasn't even an expensive item, it was around £30, but their service was second to none and really appreciated. If you want to deal with people who care, shop at Dolphin Music. Very happy.
