recently had the Opportunity to see Dr Nyla in the Mayfair clinic and she recommended software . She gave me lots of opportunities to discuss all of my concerns and gave me a few treatments to think about. Had another beautiful visit to Dr Nyla’s clinic in Cheshire . It’s such a welcoming clinic and you instantly feel comfortable. From getting a nice coffee from the staff to a vibrant atmosphere where staff are on hand to have a chat with you.

My recent treatment was a continuation of skin tightening and again this time I felt at ease knowing the staff are expert and know exactly which areas to target. What I also admire is the honesty of how many further sessions I would need and what I don’t need. This is a genuine and premium experience and I love every minute of being at the clinic! Just had amazing treatment went back for a top up on my skin tightening and I had this new soft wave treatment it was so good and not painful at all and even though results get better over time I can feel my skin tighter already i absolutely love this place been going few years staff are wonderful thank you so much you have made such a difference to my face everyone has seen such a difference . I have been attending Dr Nyla Medi spa in London the care and support I have received is gold standard second to none. The staff are amazing the customer service is phenomenal as is Dr Nyla who will go above and beyond to ensure the quality of treatment received. I was given lots of different options and together myself and Dr Adam decided on the Best approach Dr Vadim has been delivering my treatments and I have to say he is exceptional. I have not finished my treatment yet. I have seen an improvement in the Skin quality and I’m still waiting for final results, but I believe that the team are delivering the best treatments for my concern. I believe they will continue to deliver these treatments until I’m happy . I would highly recommend going to their Clinic because they’re very professional. The therapist are very caring and the doctors and nurses are very professional.

Please read the negative reviews - I wish I had. Go for the free consultation, get the cost and detailed procedures in writing and walk away to think about it. VERY high pressure sales from "the Dr". Absolutely no follow up or personal contact from "the Dr" once you've paid up front.

Today I visited the Medispa Group and had my treatments done, SoftWave and microneedling. The ladies in the clinic were absolutely amazing.

Attended as moral support for a friend. Dr Nyla is simply beautiful inside out. She was able to advise on treatments for my friends concerns, but was also not afraid to reframe negative body image beliefs and say no to treatments that were unnecessary. I have been having my Botox for years, came to Medispa in Cheshire as I was recommended by a friend.
Dr kamran was very precise in my consultation and then Nurse Antonia who did my Botox treatment made me feel relaxed.
Normally I usually get 3 areas of Botox but Dr Kamran suggested full face Botox !

Dr Nyla’s Medispa is amazing from the moment you arrive you are made to feel welcome and comfortable. The staff are exceptionally knowledgeable about all the products and treatments they offer.
I’ve just finished my course of Morpheus 8 with Anita and she has been great, reassuring throughout the course and advised me on other treatments and skin care. I can’t wait to see my final results in 12 weeks time!

I had an appointment at Medispa Castlerock house yesterday. The moment I walked in I was greeted by Justine who was very warm, professional and welcoming, who made me feel confident with the company straight away.
Then I proceeded to a consultation with Anita, again very warm, professional and welcoming. Anita spent some time going through some options with me and was very knowledgeable and honest which made me feel confident with going with her recommendations.
My experience of this company so far is that I have had a very positive experience and I am looking forward to my treatment.

After giving a negative review regarding my first visit , Dr nyla and the practice manager got in touch with me , very concerned about my exprience there. They were very kind and caring and apologetic . I was touched and impressed by their level of concern , that I have changed my mind into going back there in the future . Even though, I have not yet had any treatments done there , and my first negative review which I have deleted , was based on some of the staff 's attitude , not Dr Nyla , cos my first impression of Dr Nyla was that she was really nice and professional , for the level of thoughtfulness and concern that Dr Nyla and her managers showed me after that revieiw , I ' m changing my review to a 5 star. I think Dr Nyla really cares about her patients.
