A lovely first visit to dobbies at Gillingham. We had a coffee and pot of tea with cream scone all was lovely. Staff were all friendly especially mark who gave us lots of information when we were looking at the plants. All the plants looked healthy and we will be back to make more purchases

We once again always come out if dobbies with more than we expected to buy .Lots of nice plants so many to choose from .Enjoyed the food in the restaurant too and the staff so friendly and quick service too .

The staff in the pets section were very helpful when I returned a damaged item,resolving the problem straight away.Well done.

Overcharged me £6.00 from the sticker price on three of my items. Did not notice till I checked my receipt several hours after arriving home.

I celebrated my 60th Birthday with 23 friends with your afternoon tea package. It was amazingly well organised and presented by Dinah and her team. The sandwiches and cakes were delicious and lovely and fresh. Dinah was so well organised and attentive and nothing was too much trouble for her. Would definitely do it again and also recommend it.

Visited the restaurant on Tuesday and the host was very accommodating and made for an extremely pleasant experience with some lovely food.

Went to the Gillingham Dobbies today for a cream tea had to wait in a queue for a table even though I had already booked and payed for the cream tea. Eventually was taken to a table but the man couldn’t find my name even though I showed him my email with details on. He went off found a lady who found our name. Then we were taken to our table had to wait quite a while as only ONE lady doing the teas and she was so busy!! She brought out our food and I must say compared to last year everything had shrunk considerably. The sandwiches were smaller and the scones looked like baby ones not great big ones like last year!! Very disappointed is all I can say will not be returning next year for Mothers Day. Also while queuing on the other counter if you lined up and brought a drink you automatically got a table. While people were standing waiting for a table doesn’t make sense!! Very disappointed!!!

Very proactive staff who are also very friendly.

It’s a lovely place and staff are always friendly. It’s a treat to go there.

I was able to find everything and more with an added bonus of some things were in the Sale.

Whilst I understand dogs are welcome in store why are they allowed all over the restaurant. I have just sat down to find dogs have been sitting on the seat ie I was covered in hair. As far as I am concerned this is not tolerable should someone sit on that seat and are allergic to dogs and they have a bad reaction I hope they sue you !!
Maybe notices asking customers not to allow there pets on seats might be a good idea.
