We currently only ship to UK Mainland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, and Isle of Man. This may change in the future.
We use APC Express 24 hour for all shipments. Standard UK Mainland delivery typically takes 5–7 working days for in-stock items, with next day delivery available once dispatched. Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Isle of Man: 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Received a From the Anvil brass door…
Received a From the Anvil brass door knocker that shouldn’t have passed quality control. Contacted Diss with photos. They replied by saying they would contact the manufacturer on my behalf. No return the product to us for a refund or replacement. No free return label. Disappointing

Apologies that I am only just coming back to you on Trustpilot, however, following my emails to you, and in light of a solution being found, I just wanted to give you a little bit of time in case you decided to tweak your review.
I hope I can provide some clarity on the situation, and hopefully you will reconsider this 2 Star review as I feel it is not reflective of the service that my colleagues provided you, both in a timely and efficient manner.
Your original email to us, with photographs of the damage, came through to us after our working hours on Friday 26th June. My colleague, Amy, responded o Saturday 27th when we had reopened, apologising for this error on behalf of the supplier and said that we would contact them for a replacement for you. We contacted the supplier on this Saturday, and were only able to chase them on Tuesday 30th when we re-opened after the weekend.
As we do not hold this item in stock, we have to follow the process with the supplier to make sure that a replacement is sent out to you, and unfortunately even with chasing, we have to wait a few days for this to go through and for a new item to be sent. I can confirm that From the Anvil, dispatched you a replacement on Thursday 2nd July, less than a week after your initial report, and we did not ask you to return any item to us at your own cost. I have followed up with you via email, but please do let me know if you have any further issues with this and I would be happy to look into it for you.
Again, my apologies that you had this issue with your product, I completely understand the frustrations with having to wait for a replacement. However, in this instance we actioned it for you as soon as we possibly could, and I feel your review does not reflect our service to you.

I am very very pleased with my cooker with reservations
I am very very pleased with my Bertazzoni 90cm oven.....in fact delighted. However, a few glitches with the transportation company. Lady rings to make sure access ok etc...all good. But then goes on to ask a load of technical questions about the electric connection. I am not an electrician nor do I have a husband that might know what she is talking about. So, she says send photos of the plugs I had put in....all good. But then wanted to know about the fuse board.....I havent a clue. I paid a qualified electrician to install all wiring( no oven there at present) at a cost of £450, I was happy all ok. So she asks me to send pics of fuse board....3 days I tried....their inbox is full. So I rang Swift Go...Lady gave me what's app number to send pics to. Never heard another thing. Then email from Swift go saying they were delivering and positioning....no mention of installation. In the end they came, and good chaps, installed and all ok.....but it could have been easier. BUT NOW...cooker lovely but I cant register guarantee.....in the end rang Bertazzoni who said it doesn't work as web is Italian, go on uk. I did and it still does not recognise my cookers credentials. Tried lots of times on uk site.....have given up now as he said cant register on phone.
Ridiculous, I have used Diss Ironworks for my last 5 cookers....but with this palava, I would go to a smaller private company who deliver themselves....as they used to.
Rant over...
But they let themselves down hugely with delivery........but not the guys who came, they were great, conscientious, caring.
They need to get a grip with delivery side!!

Good Morning,
I am so sorry to read that you were unhappy with your delivery from ourselves via APC. I hope I may be able to provide some clarity here on the nature of your delay and perhaps in turn, you would reconsider your review as I feel it does not accurately portray our service.
We dispatched your items for you on the 1st June 2026, 1st working day after your purchase (which was on a 3-5 working day service.) The courier APC, then planned to deliver on the 2nd June, however this was not possible as your address was not complete with a house name in your delivery information provided.
We contacted you via email to confirm your address as soon as the courier had made us aware of this issue, on the 3rd June so that we could get this out to you promptly. On the 4th June, you contacted our customer services team via telephone, and they added the additional house name needed for delivery. I can then see that the parcel was successfully delivered on the 5th June 2026, which was the 5th working day of your order.
Once again, I hope you would reconsider your review as they are very damaging to our family run business, and in this instance I can see that we have both fulfilled your delivery timeframe and provided support in a timely manner to make sure that your delivery could go ahead.
