Amazing coffee AND genuine next day delivery to remote Donegal! Really exceeded my expectations, this will be my go to for coffee from now on.

We always receive the order in just a few days which works for us fine for we live in quite a remote location.
We even get some excellent discounts which makes the price per kg even more attractive. Don't be afraid to order from this company. We certainly will again!!!

Ordered a coffee syrup from this company for €10 that other places were charging around €30ish for!! Order came really quickly and it was packaged really well and secure! Fabulous company, will be buying from them again!

Their coffee is fab and we buy a shed load of it. However when we decided to try their Drink me Chi -matcha based on their blurb indicating it’s health benefits we discovered that it’s 60% sugar- how can their marketing blurb indicate it as a healthy drink. When I got the product and realised it was too sweet to even drink - unfortunately I didn’t look at the sugar content before I opened it - discount coffee had no interest in hearing that they need to revise their marketing or at least show the ingredients with the marketing info so consumers can make an informed decision. Unfortunately saw no indication that their customer support team know how to handle genuine customer feedback. Was disappointed as we are huge customers of their coffee.

Was weeks to get my order. They then sent half then sent others a couple of weeks later but never received all my items. They are now claiming they have sent items I never received. (Tomato soup cups).
Never had any emails unless I chased them

My order arrived very quickly, unfortunately one of the tubs was damaged so I contacted the company and then read the reviews here, after reading the reviews I was slightly nervous however they sent out a replacement straight away. Products are great, really good price. Will order from them again

Really poor. Placed an order and paid for next day delivery. Didn’t arrive until nearly a week later. On complaining I was told to return but no shipment fees would be reimbursed as they had tried to contact and not heard back (I never received any contact). Awful customer service just emailing that essentially ‘they are right’ and feel totally unheard. I would never shop here again

Best price I could find out there for Monin syrup, reasonable delivery cost, and arrived 1.5 days later. Excellent.

Terrible customer service . My address details was wrong on the package and not help whatsoever was given by them . They told me i have to fix it and they wont give me return back anyway .
Very rude and unprofessional manner in the office there , can’t deal with customs problem .
I was ordering from them every month same thing and never had an issues .
Whatever happened is just not good .

After my order arrived, I had a couple of queries and Vanessa answered them quickly and professionally, which I really appreciated. Delivery was very fast, the price was good, and the roast dates were reasonable. Most importantly, the coffee tastes great.

“Metropolitan” was very enjoyable, I’m looking forward to trying “Temple Bar” tomorrow, and the “Colombian Decaf” is excellent. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Discount Coffee is now my go to online coffee supplier. Having used many others, the service is just exceptional. Next day delivery is consistant and there is a great range to choose from. (I'm no expert in coffee beans!) The sample 250mg bags are a great, cheap way of testing less familiar brands / roasts.

Very unhappy customer. I was their customer for years but this was my last order. They were usually delivering in next day or two, but this time I received incomplete order after 5 days and one carton was missing.I was contacting them a several times by phone , by email but there was no will to help resolve the problem. Women from the office was very rude, she raised her voice at me, told me she is only one person and will deal with this.Very disappointed, it was my last order!

Ordered on a Thursday night and delivered on Saturday morning. Highly recommend this company when the everyday generic supermarkets are hiking their prices. This company is a welcome reprieve from the nonsense.

I don't know how they do it, but they just processed and shipped an order within 6 minutes, on a Sunday morning. Not saying this is necessary, I would still order here if they would take several days to ship. I've been ordering for over 5 years now and I've never been disappointed. I used to order Lavazza but switched to WANTED which is an Irish brand and their beans produce a super delicious coffee. Thanks guys, keep up the fantastic work!

Have used Discount Coffee to buy beans for several years. The product usually is excellent and arrives promptly. So very disappointed today to discover that this Lisburn based company now only transacts in euros which would add a bank charge to my order, coffee prices have gone up hugely in recent months and to add a surcharge on top is a step too far.
