A very simple process made very pleasant by Amanda.

I helped my grandparents set up their funeral plans and it was such a good experinece for me as a relative at a difficult that i would recommend it to anyone thinking about how they want leave this life for the members left behind.
I couldn't have expected a better service the staff were extremely helpful and guided through te questions and with ease to amend at a later stage. More importantly you are not left to decide and question whether it is right thing or not as you are able to decide for yourself. It was a relief to not have to make decsions at such a stressful time.
My aunts and uncles have now down done the same to spare their families from having to make difficult decisions in such circumstances.

Sarah was Kind caring and compassionate Nothing was too much trouble while discussing a funeral plan . I feel that my family member will be in safe hands when the time comes .

In the contact we had with Dignity Funerals, the lady took us through the process step by step and she was on the telephone with me for almost 1 hour.

I purchased a funeral plan several years ago with Age Concern taken over by Dignity. Due to a recent death in the family and the problems faced I decided that a direct cremation with ashes returned to my daughter was kinder when she faced my passing. I was surprised I had to cancel my current plan and pay a cancellation fee. To have the plan I wanted, I had to start a new plan with a different department. Surely an amendment to my plan would have been more appropriate, a conversation with one person, no two, with an admin charge if necessary, and any refund to follow. No problem with the staff, just in my opinion the system is wrong.

Charles Embltons done my husband’s funeral weeks before my dads Neil Kelley was amazing all the way through again and on the day my dads funeral was simply amazing I must say thanks to Stewart aswell just amazing people would recommend them to anyone the support you receive all the way through is first class thanks from Kaitlin Tait

I was asked by my gran to arrange a funeral plan for her I chose Dignity as when I first enquired I spoke with Karen mellerup, a lovely lady who conducted herself professionally but with a warm heart making me feel at ease as soon as we had spoken and was followed by a warm welcome when we met which helped a lot 5 out of 5 stars from me, Thanks again much appreciated.
