No hard sell from any of the staff - they welcomed me and told me where to find them if I needed them without any pressure. Really knowledgable and helpful and made it a real pleasure to purchase today. I can highly recommend Gary and DFS Llantrisant.

I had an excellent experience at DFS thanks to Garry. From the moment I walked into the store, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered all my questions without any pressure, and helped me choose the perfect sofa for my home.

Garry's customer service was outstanding throughout the whole process. He was patient, attentive, and made what could have been a difficult decision feel easy and enjoyable. It's clear that he genuinely cares about helping customers find the right furniture rather than simply making a sale.

I'm absolutely delighted with my new sofa and grateful for Garry's advice and expertise. A real credit to DFS, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both him and the store to friends and family.

Grant was very helpful while looking for a sofa that had low leg height and shallower depth on the seating, as my wife is short and finds it uncomfortable if her legs cannot touch the floor. We discussed comfort options and cushion depths, etc., and were shown a range of possible choices. His knowledge of the resilience and build quality was very useful. We were told about warranties and delivery charges so nothing was hidden. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Staff were great didn't really push or jump on you soon as you walked in, wanted to add console so again wasn't pushed I had to ask, bit expensive but you get what you pay for in my experience added cover as had recliners and I have young children again was offered not pushed. Sofas range dramatically in price, basic sofas even the Amanda Holden range were pretty decent prices it's the extras that cost haha

Lewis was extremely helpful snd patient whilst I changed my mind through the process. He explained everything thoroughly . Very happy

The no hassle and friendly approach from the sale people but when needed advice was close by and very knowledgeable.

Staff not explaining terms and conditions clearly. No flexibility and no explanations from them. Very poor service and will be advising people not to purchase. Sales person very rude when speaking on the phone.

Very pleased with from choosing what we wanted and the choice of colour David was so helpfull and explained to us with everything before buying our furniture

The staff from buying and aftercare have been amazing so lovely to deal with helpful kind friendly staff I had an issue with a power pack they did everything they could to help so nice and polite with me even when I called everyday they even delivered to my house themselves top service nice people to deal with thank you for your kindness!!!

We had the pleasure of dealing with McEnzie...he was very professional and knowledgeable...along with this he was very polite and patient .
There was a very good variety of sofas on display ...however it is very difficult to monitor the size of the sofa from a large store to your home even though we had taken measurements
