Meeting Mark from Ipswich was such a breath of fresh air which is very unusual for customer service these days.

What made our experience great was the service, Ross was the person that helped and later in the car, we spoke of what an amazing salesman he was, he didn't push us in anyway shaoe or form to take out extra insurance or buy something we didn't want and we ended up getting more than what we needed as he was so open and honest with us. Very informative, very kind and didn't bombard us with a ton of irrelevant information. 10/10 to Ross and a 10/10 to the venue, it was very well presented and had exactly what we were hoping to find in regards to the perfect sofa for us.

Richard was amazing! Could not fault him! Made me and my partner feel at ease. Described everything in simple terms. Wasn’t pushy. Explained things properly. Answered all my questions! It felt like we were actually talking to a proper human not a robot!! Honestly the best member of staff you have!!!

We went to the Ipswich store to just have a look at some sofas the first staff member greeted us but weirdly never got up to greet us.
We had a short look around then Alex came out and couldn’t be any more helpful we were only going in for a look and ended up spending £4500.
